The location of the store is easy to find. Glad to have one in St. Cloud because the one in Brainerd closed some time ago.
The shop is tidy, open, and welcoming. The gentleman working at the shop is happy, kind, helpful, and welcoming. I had questions the first time I came and was super cool to assist me :) He also help me reactivate my account and was super patient with me. It made my day! I definitely will be back again. Great experiences each time... the froyo was amazing too!

The two girls working were extremely kind and made my Cherry Berry experience absolutely amazing. They gave me suggestions on what to get -as an indecisive person-, it means a lot to me!!! They were extremely kind and so so welcoming. Great employees over all and kept a professional profile the whole time while maintaining a kind persona!!!
Wow!!! When I walked in I was greeted kindly and the store was clean. I had a great experience here. Employees were very kind and professional.
Employees were sitting on the couches with their friends talking about personal life, playing music and talking LOUDLY. It seemed like a hangout session and not work. Coming from a manager of my own store, this is very embarrassing to see. We were not greeted nor even looked at when we walked in. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional.

Ice cream was great! The two staff working Jaden and liam were so welcoming and helpful when we asked questions. The store was very clean and overall a great experience.
Very clean! Michaela (long, dark hair) was very nice and working hard on keeping it spotless the whole time we were in there. Impressed!
