Cameron was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They wouldn’t answer my questions and were very rude. It would honestly be much better for the restaurant to let go of a staff member like this. I definitely don’t want to visit this restaurant again.And Cameron was black woman and look young.

I go in and see 3-4 coworkers in a huddle on their phones and talking. All here for having a good time at work when it’s slow. However, the lobby was dirty and needed a good cleaning. When I got back to work with my first meal of the day I was slightly disappointed. It’s on me for getting guacamole so late so ofc it’ll be brown. I’m mostly just disappointed on chipotles serving sizes. Barely any beat or beans were added. I’m lucky I asked for extra lettuce and sour cream though. Noted, if I eat chipotle again. GET EXTRA EVERYTHING. I should stop tipping online orders lol.

They don’t greet you, they give you half the food you’d normally get. They do the bare minimum.
I asked for double chicken and they gave me one scoop of chicken. I told them that that wasn’t double chicken and they ignored it. So I paid for double chicken when it wasn’t. I never leave reviews but the customer service was terrible, and the food proportions were even worse. I got a tiny bowl and overpaid. The chipotle across from the mall is 150% better. Go there.

If you guys want to pay for double meat and get a stingy serving this is the chipotle for you. Every bowl I get here is tiny. This needs to change. I asked for double chicken. They gave me one small scoop and charged me for double. Go to the chipotle by the mall for better service

Nice place it’s just you know when people cook with passion and take pride in their food. It’s unmemorable the food is forgettable. It’s sloppy tasteless when you know how to cook. It’s something you might want to get because you see other people eat it. Then after a few bites its like I wasted $23 on a burrito, large chip, and guac. The people that work there honestly are a vibe just take some kind of pride in what you serve others. This place can be a 5

Came Friday November 7th at 9:25pm and was even able to order until 9:32 mind you there is no customers or nothing workers are laughing and not even helping customers and was shortened on my portion of food as well of veggies and got 2 different veggies mixed in my food allergic to onions never will be coming back here again and place is so dirty can’t even sit down and eat if you wanted too

The manager here is psychotic and screamed at a customer because her employees weren't trained correctly to get their order correct and acted like the victim and blamed the customer for complaining too much when they were not after talking to them after the awful conversation I overheard between them please change restaurant management this behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable when I brought my children in to overhear the manager having a outburst towards a customer instead of handling it in a calm matter its disgusting
I normally love this chipotle but received hard sharp pieces of avocado pit in my burrito with my guacamole I used my b day coupon on. I wish I had time to go back to the store but had b day plans and the app won’t let me submit a complaint without a receipt or order number so I’m left with just leaving a review😞

Holy moly the flavors today @ the Division St location in St. Cloud, MN are off the charts (not in a good way). Carne Asada soft tacos made with a few other ingredients (brown rice/green salsa/cheese) and the flavors are spicy as heck (good) and then it's also sweet (yuck)? Why so much sugar people, is this a traditional thing? Also, whomever made the Guacamole today STOP OVERSALTING! You should be reprimanded it's nauseatingly bad and inedible, I had to throw it all out. While I'm at it the cashier kept picking at her nose while at the register, that should have been my first clue.
