I went at around 7:00pm and the staff were very nice, the restaurant was clean, and I got a very solid amount of food when I ordered. 5 Stars. All these 1 star reviews don’t reflect my experience with this chipotle.

1 person on the line. 6 people working . Piled up of online orders and a line. Yet only 1 on the line. Used to work at this location so I know it can do better even in this situation. Heck I could’ve put on a uniform and hopped back and helped their speed. Rolling the burrito. Scooping the rice . Moving at a snails pace . Yes it’s Valentine’s Day but I’ve worked during Halloween this is nothing

Ordered a double steak bowl for delivery. There was no steak at all…… Paid good money and all I got was mushy bullshit. Never buying from this chipotle again, or any for that matter. Qdoba is a much better option!

The last 3 times I’ve order take out the food has been gross and over half of the food was missing. I ordered everything on my bowl and what I got was 1/3 sour cream with rice, cheese and meat. 1/3 of it was sour cream - it was so gross it was not edible. I also didn’t get any of the sides I ordered. The missing items has happened all 3 times - no chips or extra tortillas or guacamole was there. 3 times ordering and having every order so grossly wrong is straight negligence. Whoever works here or owns the place doesn’t care about quality or customers. I would try the other locations as this one is disappointing every time.

came here to get a bowl with my roommate after a long day of classes and before the worker could finish making our bowl she took it away and accused us of throwing food at one of the managers, saying that we are trespassers and that we have to leave. we told them we did not do that and they were very rude about the entire situation and kept saying that they were pretty sure it was us. specifically the manager at that, she was very adamant about this accusation and didn’t give us no leeway to even defend ourselves. we decided to leave but then we came back and asked to see the cameras so we can prove to the manager that she is loud and wrong. she told us to have a seat and she said the cops would be there soon as well. after waiting the police arrived and questioned the details of events and we told them that we were being falsely accused of something we didn’t do. they checked the cameras and searched for trespassing warrants and obviously didn’t find anything. this was a very distressing and humiliating situation and was not handled with any respect or professionalism on behalf of the employees at this location. honestly the workers here are often times rude and are not diligent in their work. we were offered free food for that night but me and my roommate decided that we will not be going back to this specific location again.

WORST chipotle I’ve been to. They skimped all the ingredients for me and my wife. Actually ridiculous. Never coming back and gladly don’t live down here. The one in the mall is significantly better from experience.

A employee by the name of kaleena the most unprofessional disrespectful rude and very nasty in the way she handles customers and her fellow co-workers ! Watched her pretend to be busy putting lids and straws out while a line of customers were waiting as well as her coworkers who had to yell for her more then twice! She then walks to the back room ! This lady be better off holding a sign !
Would not recommend going to this establishment. When I arrived to dine in with my family every table was a mess so we chose to eat in our car in the parking lot because of the condition of the dining area. Then as we proceeded through the line an employee says “we are all out of cheese because I haven’t had time to shred any” but moments later we see her talking on her cell phone and filling up a personal glass with something to drink. Soda machine was completely out of ice and the sprite dispenser was stuck running. I would be complete embarrassed to allow anyone in a restaurant looking like this. I will proceed to send this to a higher level due to my experience.

The serving line was full of all the ingredients, slopped all over. My wife ordered a bowl with carnitas and got so little that she had to go to the counter to ask for more and they charged her $4 for a sour creme container full. The brown beans were dried up and crusty and the tables were filthy. AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY!!
