They run out of cheese ALOT. 4 out of the last 5 times i have gone they have run out of cheese. I was told they had some on the online order line but was not allowed to use it for in person orders. Wouldnt be so bad but theres no warning until you ask for cheese. The last time i was told they had it but the person before me used the last. I dont know how it works there but if they are ALWAYS running out of cheese why not prep more? Last time i was told " well you should expect we are out of cheese if we are busy." The food is not good without the cheese lol i have wasted money or had to go buy cheese to add myself lol a lot annoying
Staff is normally really nice. Only has 1 issue with a staff member being rude.
The place is always clean and stocked with everythinv expect cheese lol which sucks because this location has the best seasoned meat and rice.

I am so tired of getting skimped On my portion size, not only for my burritos, but for my bowls from this Location. I don’t really like to leave bad reviews and I thought chipotle had made a change to make the portion sizes right again. I even started going to Qdoba, which is less than 400 m away. That makes better burritos for $.50 more. I like chipotle and their reward system, but it doesn’t matter if you keep getting small burritos and small bowls for somebody that is trying to bulk up with a gym near them.

In today's information at your finger tips who runs out of cheese. I'm hard of hearing I ask for cheese, with a side attitude the girl behind the counter said, " we are out of cheese can't hear. I looked at her and said yes. She just mad a sassy face at me. Paid $60 dollars for poor service and crappy attitude. Do yourself a favor got to taco bravo. They cut back on portions also. Guess didn't want to run out of more stuff.

Wife recently went to order and called in a total frenzy because "OMG, they had everything!" you'd thought she just hit the powerball.
Aside from that, it's reliably in a condition like a frat runs the janitorial service.....

30 minutes before closing was told that they had no rice, were out of 2 proteins, and out of several toppings, I just think that if a store says open til a time they should be cooking food until that time. In the brief time I was in the store, I saw 10 people leave after hearing. Very unprofessional to close down food that early before closing time.
