This is the worst Chipotle in the Saint Cloud area. The service is always very slow so they’re very behind all the time. If you order for pickup, expect it to not be ready on time. They’re also very weird with portions here.

Ordered the brisket bowl, if I hadn't paid attention would have ended up with no meat. Had a staff double check before paying. There was no meat in it at all. The brisket was burned, not seared. There's a difference. I order often at this Sartell location. First time I've been disappointed. ?‍??

Wanted drivethru...it's only online order pickup lane. Maybe when ordering at home, this is ok. But when in the parking lot, it is a hassle to deal with. How about a 2d barcode sign to place an order at that store instead of making me go through setting location? Way too much overhead. Friendly staff. The food was tastey, but cold.

This particular Chipotle is a little slow
with service, some of the employees standing around. But still had a fantastic chicken burrito.
I think the store just needs a little bit more supervision/ management.

This chipotle is literally out of all ingredients all the time, they don’t close for two hours and they’re out of everything. Half the times I’ve gone here they’re out of cheese hours before close ?. They also never tell you they’re out of ingredients until you’re well into ordering your food, because I’d just go to a different one then. I don’t expect that much from chipotle tbh but this is probably the worst one in the area

I watched an employee use his gloved hands to eat from the bin of chips that were filling chip bags. He saw me notice him and continued to do this. I watched him put the chips in his mouth with fingers actually entering his mouth on a couple bites, then immediately place his hand back into the bin of chips. I informed the drive through attendant who said she would talk to him. At that time he walked away, still wearing the gloves. My chips and guacamole were forgotten in my order, when I went around chipotlane to retrieve them, the chips were still in the bin.

The St. Cloud location is filthy. It is grease and rust and peeling paint. The ice machine was broken, which was fine because if the lack of maintenance shown in the front of the store spreads to the kitchen, lord knows what that looks like. Corporate needs to shut this place down.

The employees are usually always friendly and super helpful! Restaurant is crazy busy, and they still prioritize cleaning tables and the soda area. The parking lot is a little tricky to navigate if you plan to park and go in. The drive-thru is no problem.

On Friday around 2:30 pm.
I recently placed an order online at Chipotle and needed to make a specific request due to a food allergy. The online ordering system doesn’t offer a space for adding special instructions, so I called the restaurant directly. When I asked the staff member on the phone if they could change their gloves due to my allergy, she was extremely rude, and to my shock, she hung up on me.

Determined to ensure my request was handled properly, I went into the store, only to be met with the same rude and disrespectful attitude from the employee. Instead of addressing my concerns, she continued to be dismissive and ultimately told me to leave the restaurant.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. It's deeply disappointing that Chipotle would allow such unprofessional behavior from their staff, especially when dealing with a serious issue like food allergies. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and train their employees to handle such situations with the care and respect they deserve. There was no line and only 2 patrons in the restaurant.
