This app is unbelievable. I haven’t ordered Chipotle in MONTHS because this local store always screws up my order. I gave in and ordered today. Lo and behold they forgot to put the chips and guac in my bag for the chips and guacamole. The “pepper” agent in the app will not resolve the issue. I got an automated message saying something along the lines of “we can’t compensate you every time there is a mistake but we’ll pass your feedback to the store”. I’m not asking for a hand-out or a freebie. If you take my money and don’t give me what I paid for you are STEALING from me. This is completely unacceptable!

I got extra chicken, extra beans, and extra cheese. They couldn’t even fill up the bowl. Don’t use the online chipotle line.

This place was so good there was a guy who looked like a miny shaq and he was so nice he loaded up my burrito and the hot honey chicken is soooooooo good

Busy location. Limited parking. Placed an order online and went to restaurant early. Only drive thru makes online orders and you have to wait till your pick up time. Front counter was dead. They all stand around looking at you and can't make your order. Waited 20min and left.

Absolutely not. I believe this young man is very tall, black. He asked “do you really need that? You’re big as is, don’t add onto it.” I was dumbfounded. I cannot believe I was told this. Never ordering again.

Worst service of any restaurant in the St. Could area. I waited over 30 minutes for staff to get white rice and steak. I will never go back to this dump again.
Staff is unprofessional, numerous times they’ve been out of items when we've come in to order food(rice, meat, chips), the amount of food you get in your order is ridiculous for the price. I got maybe 8 pierces of steak in my burrito bowl, barely any lettuce as well. I got food poisoning one other time from the corn salsa & I know it was from my food because it was the only food I had eaten & I literally got sick within 45 mins of eating. This last time my family went we waited for them to make rice, one would think they’d have that made in batches or you’d start making it when you see you’re running low? They were all just standing around in the kitchen, no chips were bagged up; yet one of the workers made it well known she was punched out and was talking to the the staff about how they were doing in sales for the day; apparently they’d done $11k in sales, yet I’m waiting to pay at the cash register & the girl is like I’m punched out. SERIOUSLY! Management at the this location needs to do something, it’s absolutely crap!!! It took me losing my cool & yelling to see if someone was going to check me out or not before someone came over. I’ll drive into St Cloud going forward rather than going to crappy location.

Food and service was great. Dining room and bathrooms were a mess though. Seemed like they weren't cleaned all day.

Avoid this location. A full portion at this location will only fill the bowl halfway. We ordered double meat for.the other bowl. Could not find more than 3 fork fulls of meat. This is the second time our order was like this. We will not visit this location a third time.
Edit: Your BOGO offer that is good for 30 days. That is how you try to resolve a case where I payed good money, but did not receive what I should have. I do not plan on visiting this store ever again. So how does a BOGO solve this?

Order for pick up. Food did not taste fresh and the tortillas were like a play doh texture. Gross.
