Bad customer service. The server didn’t say “hi”, no smile, nothing. Just a dead blank stare. I said “hi” first. No response. I told him to cancel the order and we walked out. Hire people with a at least decent attitude. I’m not wasting my money on that kind of experience.

Don’t order online, it will likely be wrong. Got a chicken burrito bowl but later discovered they didn’t put any chicken in it, very frustrating. Apparently you literally have to watch them make it but I just wanted to use the online ordering and drive thru pickup. Won’t be doing that again.

My burrito bowl looked like someone had already eaten half of it when I opened. It was missing items I requested. It had other items added that I did not order. I received my queso, but was missing my chips. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My order was placed through the app. I did not realize the issues with it until I was 20 minutes away from the location. I did reach out, the remedy for this issue was to give me a free soda. Not impressed! I will not be going back to this location.

Disgusting. Not a single clean table, trash cans overfull. Birds on the outdoor patio do a better job cleaning than staff. When restaurant was empty, staff did not clean. Management needs to be fired.
