Had our daughters birthday party there it was awesome great staff and very considerate and understanding Maxwell was such a great help and very caring Kelly the manager was great help as well she helped my wife and explained the services with such patience I definitely would recommend throwing your children's next birthday party here

My kids had fun ! We will come back again! to enter , male white employees didn’t say hello ? Just keep telling us to show the left hands without explanation lol we are new here lol what’s going on lol I asked her I’m new here so I don’t know how to buy a card to play or how works here and White woman just pointed at menu wanted me to read it? Lol she was there didn’t explain. lol Everything else was good ! Just customer service is terrible. Some other employees has smiles and was nice to kids I felt comfortable with them.

As an autistic young adult, I love going to chuck e cheese and whoever the mascot was made it a very magical experience for me! I even applied at this location because of the staff friendliness! 10/10 recommend this very location

We bought a cake for our child from chuckie. Cheese and halfway through the cake you could not cut through it. It was too hard. At first I thought maybe it was frozen but it actually was just hard. Not sure how old it was but I never got a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Nothing had been wiped down. We came early in the morning for a birthday and contracted strep A The drinks are Extremely overpriced.

Very clean & the food was great. Front was not staffed when we arrived; I have not been to a Chucky e Cheese so my son & I walked in not knowing you need a hand stamp. Took about 5 minutes for someone to appear to take our order. While we were leaving we were confronted by an employee demanding to check our hands. With a demeaning tone she told us that we needed a stamp. I explained what happened and told her there wasn’t any staff up front. She responded that we should have waited for an employee. Her tone made me feel like she thought I did this maliciously… what upsets me the most was that I could have been approached kindly at any point during the hour visit and told this information. Be kinder… not all of us know the arbitrary rules of Chucky e Cheese nor do we have the focus to read a sign when you’re trying to watch your children. Besides, none of this would have happened if the front was staffed.
Great pizza and really nice and helpful staff!!! Crystal was amazing for our birthday party. We will be back for a party again! Thanks to all for all the hard work!

It’s been 30+ years since I’ve been to a Chuck E. Cheese. I have great memories of that place as a kid. Although it’s not quite as awesome as it used to be, with the whole animatronic puppet show and everything, it’s still a cool place.
I brought my wife and 3 kids in today, just for old time sake. The pizza was good, the wings weren’t bad, and the games were fun. There’s enough variety for all ages, even a 45 year old, if you’re still young at heart.
The place was clean, and the staff was nice. I work in St. Cloud and will come back. I don’t know why I waited this long to try it again, especially since I have kids of my own now. Overall, a good experience. My kids had fun and so did I.
