For a place intended for kids, this place is very clean. Every table is clean. Floors are clean. And food was good. It’s a great place to take the kids and kill some time.

This place is fun for the whole family. I love the environment and I absolutely love the staff. We've been here many times. But this time My 3-year-old was really nervous about meeting Chucky and one of the staff members was so kind, and went to go get him. She was so excited. I really like that before you leave. They check the parents number and make sure that it matches with the kiddos. It's a fun and safe place for the whole entire family.

Everything was absolutely atrocious ?. Got a bowl of 4 wings, all were uncooked, and costed $28. Everything was sticky and the arcade sucked, the machines were all broken and if they did work they lasted like 5 seconds before the game ended. The play passes were also terrible. Barely got any games in. Over 4 children playing, only 60 points were accumulated and that earned us a single lollipop >:(Parking: It should be empty

I actually really like the pizza, the workers gave a good effort getting the kids hyped. For a Chuck E. Cheese it was a pretty good time!

The place is very clean and organized, it wasn’t too crowded. The customer service was nice, they were patient in explaining how everything worked seeing it had been years since I last was there and a lot had changed. Nice selection of games to keep my kids busy.

We just went for birthday games. The littles had fun. It seemed like 1 hour was long enough for them to cover all the games they wanted to play. The amount of tickets won doesn't come close to getting any descent prizes. We didn't eat there.

Place was busy, staff was friendly for most part. Place was cleaner than previous visit. Food looked and smelled more appetizing than previous experience. Didn't order food. Played the games, online there was a discount with any purchase get 1,000 free tickets.Parking: Parking lot shared with multiple other businesses, easy parking with lots of options.Kid-friendliness: Kid games for all ages.

The kids absolutely enjoy the place. As an adult not so much. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't appreciate was how hot it was in the building. I asked the temp and she said 76 degrees. That's way to hot for a parent chasing a kid around.

It was fun, friendly staff. Seen this one staff member walking around cleaning the whole time we were there. He did a great job. Kind of expressive tho.. $130 for the 2 kids to have pizza and 60 mins of unlimited playtime while my wife and I ate from the freshly stocked salad bar. It was nice all the way around. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive so I could take my family more often.Vegetarian options: Salad bar itemsParking: Shares a big lot with surrounding stores. Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: The whole place is kid friendly. My wife and I sat down to eat from the salad bar while the kids went and played games until their pizza was ready.

Brought my son here for his 8th birthday. Not a single staff member said hello, and nobody was friendly. Spent 80$ for 1 hour of games, and 1 large pizza. Wasn’t the slogan “chucky cheese, where a kid can be a kid” .. but at what price? I can see why this establishment is emptying more each time we come. The prices are insane and not worth it. It was our last time visiting chucky cheese. And honestly, from a HR perspective, you’d think you’d hire interactive employees that don’t just stand around and look aimlessly at the wall, and actually smile.

I Had my kids birthday party here spent over $500 in food and games. We had about 15-20 people in our group. I went up and asked for a water cup because my kid was crying and coughing because he was thirsty and the man at the front desk said “we ran out of water cups, you can purchase a cup for $3” I said excuse me…? I just was in shock because I didn’t know to simply have a cup of water was $3, when we initially got there he gave us a few cups for water. Mind you it was only 3pm. How do you run out of water cups?! All of the staff just didn’t seem like they even wanted to be there. I will never be back. Absolutely horrible.
