I have been buying cakes here for my family's birthdays for 5 years and this year I ordered a cake but I wanted a personalized cake, following a reference photo and they said yes, and it turned out beautiful just as I wanted it, I will order it again when I finish it.

Just as I'd anticipated for an Ice Cream place the style, smiling faces, atmosphere, and of course the ice cream was the cherry to the top of the whipped cream. Loved it.
Girl working with short curly black hair was not happy to take my order—caramel and chocolate chips. Ice cream did not include half the toppings on the display. Very disappointed.

Had a bad experience with the manager on phone. I ordered a cake a week prior on their website and the cake didn't arrive on time so I called the store. first a lady picked up and then said that she wanted me to talk to the boss.when I told the boss my concern he said that we only bake cake rest is not his concern. like what the hell. I mean I get it you don't deliver it but couldn't you have guided me who to contact to track my delivery. they apparently give doordash their deliveries from the website. very unhelpful and rude to a customer. dissapointed. Cold stone you need to do better.

If you want a custom ice cream cake don't go here for it. We ordered a custom ice cream cake because none of their premade cakes were Gluten Free, and we are new to getting Gluten Free options. We ordered an 8 serving sized cake without the cake layer, replaced with fudge, to be picked up the next day. When I get there they hand me a small/short slab of ice cream and tell me "just so you know, the morning people said to order just ice cream instead, so next time you get your money's worth". They had our phone number and didn't think to call and ask us if we wanted to do something different, give us more Ice cream, or maybe refund us partially. Then when we get home and cut into the cake we find they didn't add any fudge inside either. Definitely not worth $28, when I could easily get 4 times the amount of ice cream for less than half of the price from the store, especially with a response like that when I picked up the cake.
