Bought dinner for my family and my drive thru order was wrong. Not that difficult to double check your orders before handing them out to customers. Not driving back to St. Cloud to get it fixed. Guess I’ll have to double check my order before I leave if I ever go back

Would give four or five stars, but literally came from DQ and order a large combo. With LG drink and LG fry. This is what I got.... and girl a register said that is a LG. So disappointed.

Employees were friendly. Restaurant was clean. My main problem was while eating realizing the male employee with right above shoulder length hair who was preparing the food was not wearing a hairnet, hat or hair restraint. I threw my unfinished meal away once I realized this. Both state and city statutes are very clear that hair restraints must be used.

This is a great DQ to stop at. The new owners did a great job remodeling and looks great!! I am very happy that this DQ is open year around now.

This store is very unprofessional, a bunch of young teenagers who don’t care about customer experience, ringing up food wrong , don’t even give out an apology for the situation that was at there fault and the nighttime drive thru girl will lie to your face thinking she better than everyone and very snobby attitude the night time manager brown haired girl doesn’t care on resolving situations for customer satisfaction and will up charge you on your meals when not supposed to , horrible all around experience

Have gone to this dairy Queen a few times now, and service is very subpar. Always mix up your order, or make it poorly, asked for a French silk blizzard and a salted Carmel blizzard, they some how put the whip cream on the salted Carmel blizzard. Quality control is not good, blizzards are made poorly, don't waste the money on them here. Can't expect much from a place ran by kids I guess.

Took my daughter here last night and we got 24 piece chicken strip baskets. Everything was super cold including the fries and the portions were tiny fries like something you would get in a kids menu extremely disappointing will not be going back anytime soon. Redhead served us drive through. Yuck !
