The food is excellent!! But unfortunately, the custom service isn't that good. There's one guy that's that is rude. I wish I got his name. He's rude especially when we've had to call with questions. He's just short/inpatient with customers. If it wasn't for the food, we'd skip them and go elswhere.
I used to rate DiMaggio's with 5 stars, but their food has went to hell. They either forgot how to make crust or are using expired yeast. The crust is flat, tuff and chewy now. I'd rather have Chuck E Cheese's pizza now.
The pizza is amazing!! I don't understand why people hate on this place they've faced a lot of adversity in recent years and still have managed to keep their doors open there not perfect but dam do they deliver a good product!!! And that's really what matters even if there not the friendliest id diffently give them a shot they compete with any pizza place in town
