Actually awful. my order is never right. the employees are always rude. I absolutely love dunkin but i CAN NOT go anymore because going to this one in st. cloud always ruins my day.

Gave it another shot and never will again had an online order and still took just under 40 minutes and didn't tell me what I ordered wasn't even available until I was at the window and then the food was cold and I was already 20 minutes late for work so couldn't go back and wwas stuck with cold unappealing food and coffee which in itself is amazing that all they have to do is heat pre made sandwiches up and still manage to get it wrong. This is what DEI gets you. These guys want 20 dollars an hour LOL

FYI my dunkin donut fans. If you are also a fan of the environment you will be disappointed to hear that you can not use your own cup. When asked, this customer was told that it's because of covid." Even though every other coffee shop has reinstated the use of customers reusable cups. I'm going back to caribou until dunkin starts allowing environmental friendly cups. What will you decide to do?

I grew up with Dunkin Donuts being the best! I have NEVER in all my 69 years , come across a Dunkin Donuts that is constantly out of donuts, until this one in St Cloud. Every time we have come here, usually mid-day, they have just a few donuts in the case and they always say " well we have been busy". There is no excuse!!! There should always be plenty of donuts and a large variety. We are very very disappointed in Dunkin Donuts in St Cloud Minnesota.

Coffee tastes like milk and my food isn’t even warm and the cheese isn’t melted. Do not recommend!!
It’s been 4 times that we go and they never ever have variety of donuts. We always go before 3pm and they only have very few donuts and maybe 2-3 kinds. When we ask will more come out they always say no that’s it. How is it possible when they close 4-5 hours later? It makes no sense and it’s just so different from other Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Hopefully they can be better soon, because I don’t see it being open for very long if they continue this.

Went there at 11am. The store is still open for 9 more hours. They have some donut holes and a few powder donuts left and that's all. Why call yourself Dunkin donuts if you don't make donuts.
