Long wait for 2 cold sandwiches, missing ingredients we paid for. Store manager offered me free bacon on my NEXT visit. Spartan sandwich ingredients also changed, disgusting, awful assembly and presentation missing ingredients. Store manager refused a refund, said I can contact the owner next week.

Arguing about orders and why they aren’t done… getting mad because I barely reached around to see if it was my door dash order. Maybe next time have a shelf or something for DoorDash deliveries or other deliveries since you guys get so mad about it

There's really nothing more to say about Erbert and Gerbert's besides it's really great fresh sandwiches! I love that you can customize all the sandwiches as well and the price point is very reasonable.

I wanted to leave a review for Gary. This guy seems so dedicated. All the other staffers look to him and he’s very patient. The last few times we’ve been there he’s been working and he’s always so polite. He even goes out of his way to thank us for stopping in after we finish eating.

I brought my grandson here after his orthodontist appt. He loves this place, has short term memory issues so remembering his favorite order is challenging. He ordered what he wanted, their was no “guts” his favorite part. I asked the sand which maker and he didn’t get “guts”. He was teary but we were moving on. The sandwich maker walked over to our table and offered him the “ guts” from a different order that didn’t want them. Day made!!!! She didn’t have to go out of her way but this lady gets my gratitude❤️ Thank you for making his day, this grandma is thankful
