I'm a kitchen manager downtown and although the kitchen I work in puts out fantastic food, sometimes I just get tired of the sane old thing. At times like these, I like to go to other downtown establishments to grab a quick bite. Today I needed something quick and easy. Erbs is usually my go-to for such things. I was most definitely their first customer today and the break that my sandwich was made on, was very obviously from yesterday morning. Very stake and crunchy. Step your game up guys. Come on. Common sense is helpful.
