The sandwiches here are honestly the best I’ve ever had – fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. I would come back just for the food alone.
However, I have to talk about one of the staff, a lady who works there. She was extremely rude and acted very strangely. I couldn’t tell if she’s a manager or just an employee, bust shes veryyyyyy rudddddde

Food was amazing, but the person ringing in my order was irritated and rushed me along, new employees which was the register should not be bullied period especially in front of a packed house I felt bad for the guy was getting irritated by Angela she kept yelling at him and then running over to the register and telling him you need to ask to donate and I didnt want to the new employee and her got into an argument right in front of me

Angela is totally unprofessional! And then on Friday October 17th the same thing happened her attitude towards micheal cause he was on the phone with somebody and she told him to hang up you have people in front of you

Sandwich's were great! My picky 6 year old son even liked them! The pop on the other hand was not very good..even my little guy commented on how his pop didnt taste very good.

I ordered through DoorDash today to try for the first time. I got the hook and ladder sandwich, which was actually really great, and would have earned a 5 star review, unfortunately, I also ordered a cup of the loaded potato soup, which looked, smelled AND tasted… like vomit. I decided not to let the smell and appearance deter me from at least trying a spoonful, but my initial senses did, in fact, not deceive me and I immediately wished I had trusted them. I could not even swallow the spoonful and had to spit it right back into the cup from whence this foul, putrid soup came. I have never been more disgusted by a soup in my 31 years of life. I’m honestly still not convinced it was not actually vomit. The smell and taste both linger and haunt me and it’s now 20 minutes and a bottle of water later. Please inspect the soup because this is unacceptable!

Always big supporter, but today’s sandwich I received was very disappointing. I spent 19 dollars on a regular turkey sandwich and meal.

There was no turkey on it. The sandwich looked nothing like it was supposed to. It was lacking any turkey, small amount of stuffing. Mac and cheese was great.

I have hard time going back when I was given such a poor quality sandwich.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would!!!!!! The customer service was the worst I have ever seen. We order three small turkey bacon ranch subs. We checked our receipt after purchase and they charged us for a large Italian sandwich. WE NEVER ORDERED THAT. My husband goes up to get our refund and got the rudest experience from the woman working behind the counter. Trying to give him a free sandwich meal, he told them no I want this refunded back to my card. She ripped the card out of his hand and proceeded to be rude and acting like it was his fault, which it wasn’t!!!!!!! She proceeds to go back to the sandwich line and loudly and rudely pronounced now they do not want the Italian sandwich. WE NEVER ORDERED IT. I will never come to this location again. Your employees need to learn good customer service skills and kindness.

online order experience was horrible the sandwiches were moldy on the bottom. They do not use fresh bread. We don't know how many guests got sick from our party. Buyer beware.
