I asked for Fry Sauce. NO Fry sauce in my bag. 3rd time I have been there and every time no fry sauce. Last night took the cake though when I had a hair in my burger.

Dear Freddy’s Management,
I wanted to let you know that after eating at your restaurant on Monday night, I developed diarrhea and stomach cramps about 15 minutes later. I called to inform your staff about what happened, but unfortunately, I was rudely hung up on during the call.
Because of this experience and the way my concern was handled, I will not be returning to your restaurant. I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can address the issue appropriately and ensure no one else has a similar experience.

The fries were cold when we got them

I got my food today, there was a bug in it. Asked a worker for help and they argued there wasnt- we then got the manager so we could solve the issue and refund it (VERY RUDE BTW.) honestly taken back of the environment and staff workers there who dismissed it. I suggest don’t come back here to the rude and bias people.
