This is one of my family’s favorite spots! The staff is always polite and welcoming!!! When I bring my granddaughters, they accommodate us well! The smash burgers are always hot and fresh and the concrete brownie shake is worth the indulgence! Did I mention the prices are reasonable?!?

Came in was doing a pick up order but decided to eat there. There was no parking except for one spot right up front Guy came up after the lot cleared out a bit and tried picking a fight with me saying you can’t park there just because I changed. My mind was really rude. Pretty sure he was a manager, but he had all the other employees wigged outWouldn’t tell me who the manager was won’t give me his name was telling all the employees don’t talk to this guy Worst customer service ever hope this guy gets fired.

I don’t get this place. It’s horrible, the burger tasted like it was made in old oil, something was just nasty, had zero seasoning. Chilli fries MUST be from a can. It’s was terrible. Service was bad also. I’d never come back here if it was free.

Always wanted to try this place, and finally we had the chance. The burgers are very good here, and the custard was also pretty decent. Unlike the other burger/frozen custard place, it's not a very comfortable seating area - pretty bare and bleak, and the staff is all kids, who tend not to be friendly or happy about being there.

Made an online order and they put the wrong topping on our burgers, had to pick everything off when I got it home and fix all the burgers. I'm just glad my family is allergic to anything with how bad they messed up the order. The kids that were working need to go back to school if they can't read

Food quality isnt worth it when its drowning in burnt bacon and layers and layers of mustard that the whole sandwich bag that its in is yellow before you even open it. Don't recommend

The food was good and shake was good, but lost my appetite when i witnessed a worker smoking his vape while prepping in the kitchen on open counters. It was also my first time trying Freddy’s as well.

The food is absolutely delicious. The employees were all super nice and made me feel super welcome. Everybody that was eating there seemed like they were having an enjoyable time. The meal was served within 5-10 minutes, which was fantastic. My sundae was served beautifully, within 5 minutes of me ordering it. Overall, this place is great if you want fast food and / or ice cream.
