We had delicious tacos on Taco Tuesday! We also shared a Big Cookie which was yummy! Our server, Courtney H. was excellent! She was knowledgeable able the menu and how to use coupons. Thank you!

The taste of our selections (2 for $25) was okay but not great, and the food quantity was good but it was salty. The service was poor and somewhat nasty. The waiter did not et back to us that the beer was warm and could not be served for about 15 minutes. Finally it came but was only cool-not cold.

Went for Father's Day brunch on Sunday.. had a reservation thru open table. Waited about 10 min past reservation time for a table, no biggy. Server never initially came to table after we sat, someone had to flag her down that she had a new table. We order our drinks and went to grab food for our first round off the buffet. We ate those plates and were there about only 15 min and decided to go up for the next round. We came back and our table had been completely bussed/cleaned as they thought we left (and we hadn't even paid yet of course because we just got there)?!!! And talking to a host, it sounds like this is not a new thing, that one of the bussers just goes around and when he sees an empty table, he cleans it. Again we were only there about 15min and had one plate and hadn't even paid, mind you.. why would you fully bus a table before the group has even paid? So we sat with our 2nd plates and our server was no where in site but finally came around and got us more silverware and new drinks. Server was not providing coffee fill ups or check in's regularly, they clearing were just shuffling people through, but 15 min.. c'Mon.. it's a buffet and it's Father's Day and you are just pushing people out? Food was mediocre as well. However, omelet station lady and host were great and kind!

Food deals were great. Give a little more fries! Waitstaff a little non attentive. The bill...2nd time we ordered the 2 for deals and a pitcher of beer and the bill comes out incorrect with out the right combo prices and pitcher discount. Then a slight questioning to us but we ended up being correct. Just annoying since if you aren't on top of the bill you're at risk to paying more.

I have always like Granite City to have a meal or to have a drink. The food has been consistently good but the noise level can make it hard to hear conversations or the waiter.

Arrived a bit before reservation time but were checked in quickly and escorted to our assigned table. Shared an entree which the kitchen staff split to two plates!

This location likes to fire people who have court ordered parenting time with their children. They hire the person and with being told about the persons court ordered parenting time and what days they officially can’t work to avoid having to be scheduled those days but they get scheduled those days and it’s to the point where the person has to either release their shift for someone else to take hopefully and if not they end up being told they have to work and the person ends up having to call out cuz they can’t work when having their child for their court ordered time. Management has zero respect for their staffs availability and do as they please against their employee’s availability. It’s literally only 6 days out of every month and they couldn’t be kind to just give that time off only and so the person can work all the other days available. So in the end they set this person up for failure at this job and to just fire this person for not being able to work during the persons scheduled court ordered parenting time. This place is a joke to work at.

Victoria was an excellent server and very warm and friendly during what was a pretty busy lunch hour. We arrived after what was probably their big rush of the day, and I was really happy they found us booth seating right away. We expected a little wait but had none. Their food was terrific! I had the bleu peppercorn burger. Highly recommend!
I got the prime rib sandwich...it was not very good, I could taste the fat from the meat..not very appetizing, not much flavor. I would definitely not order that sandwich again. Jimmys Pour House has the best Prime Rib Melt sandwich!
