Delightful service, Clean store, quick & easy process. The cookies are sooo yummy š My absolute favorite was the Confetti Deluxe cookie. #2 fave is White Chocolate Macadamia. #3 Sugar cookie. The brownie & brookie are also good. The Chocolate Peanutbutter Deluxe was also pretty good. I definitely recommend šš»š I will be getting more.

Iāve been to the location in Fargo but that one doesnāt have the fried ice cream vegan cookie. I came here specifically to try this cookie. The cookie was warm and soft and delicious. I was expecting the fried ice cream to taste like ice cream. I donāt think it does. I didnāt check prices to see if it is the same as āregularā cookies. If itās more, I personally donāt think itās worth spending extra.
Otherwise the service was great and the store clean. I went at a slow time and there was plenty of parking.

First time ordering insomnia cookies. And all I have to say is bubye crumble š 10/10 warm cookies super yummy. Yes theyāre expensive but itās a luxury to get warm cookies delivered. Immediately signed up for their rewards program so I can earn points off my late night cravings. Thank you Riley for deliver my cookies quick and safe! And for knocking so I could grab them before they cooled off!
Can someone send a letter to corporate asking for a rotating Gluten free option on the menu? My only complaint š but I know itās not the stores fault.

This store is allegedly open until 3am, and stops accepting delivery orders at 2:30. I placed a delivery order at 2:17, well before the cut off. The tracker says my order is being prepared and should be delivered by 2:46. 2:51 rolls around and I haven't heard anything and no cookies have been delivered. I check the tracker again and it says they are preparing the order. I check all the places in my apartment building where it could have been left and the delivery hadn't arrived. At that point it was 3am and the tracker now says my order has been canceled. I was given no notice my order had been canceled after it was supposed to have been delivered. And to top it off the store does not accept calls after 3 so I can't even ask why my order was canceled or when I will be getting my refund.
Up until now they've delivered okay cookies give or take 20 minutes earlier or later than the estimated delivery time.
Came in at about 7 for the first time. We ordered one cookie sandwich for $10.49, which we shouldāve just went home. The cookies were not warm or soft, instead, they were hard and crunchy and just not enjoyable. Also when the lady was scooping the ice cream, she practically stuck her whole head into the ice cream case thing with her hair hanging over all of the ice cream. Not the best experience tbh.

First time trying this place. Staff member was friendly. Disappointed by the actual cookies themselves, they must have been sitting in the warmer for 6 hours. Great flavor, but first bite already tastes old. Glad we tried you since we heard good things, but I wouldnāt come back if I was expecting this low quality of a cookie again.
Consider talking to your staff about how long they sit in the warmer for in the future.

Man oh man these was by far the best crispy chewy just the right amount of sweet cookies Iāve ever had! First time buying them! The only thing is a few of my cookies was a lil over done the rest was still chewy in the middle! Very satisfying tho thank you so much definitely would be ordering again!
