First time ordering insomnia cookies. And all I have to say is bubye crumble 😂 10/10 warm cookies super yummy. Yes they’re expensive but it’s a luxury to get warm cookies delivered. Immediately signed up for their rewards program so I can earn points off my late night cravings. Thank you Riley for deliver my cookies quick and safe! And for knocking so I could grab them before they cooled off!
Can someone send a letter to corporate asking for a rotating Gluten free option on the menu? My only complaint 😂 but I know it’s not the stores fault.

Prices add up, but these guys make the cookie into an event with their ice cream toppings and surprising flavor combos. Limited drink selection but perfect for big parties or a midnight run

This store is allegedly open until 3am, and stops accepting delivery orders at 2:30. I placed a delivery order at 2:17, well before the cut off. The tracker says my order is being prepared and should be delivered by 2:46. 2:51 rolls around and I haven't heard anything and no cookies have been delivered. I check the tracker again and it says they are preparing the order. I check all the places in my apartment building where it could have been left and the delivery hadn't arrived. At that point it was 3am and the tracker now says my order has been canceled. I was given no notice my order had been canceled after it was supposed to have been delivered. And to top it off the store does not accept calls after 3 so I can't even ask why my order was canceled or when I will be getting my refund.
Up until now they've delivered okay cookies give or take 20 minutes earlier or later than the estimated delivery time.

Came in at about 7 for the first time. We ordered one cookie sandwich for $10.49, which we should’ve just went home. The cookies were not warm or soft, instead, they were hard and crunchy and just not enjoyable. Also when the lady was scooping the ice cream, she practically stuck her whole head into the ice cream case thing with her hair hanging over all of the ice cream. Not the best experience tbh.

First time trying this place. Staff member was friendly. Disappointed by the actual cookies themselves, they must have been sitting in the warmer for 6 hours. Great flavor, but first bite already tastes old. Glad we tried you since we heard good things, but I wouldn’t come back if I was expecting this low quality of a cookie again.
Consider talking to your staff about how long they sit in the warmer for in the future.

Man oh man these was by far the best crispy chewy just the right amount of sweet cookies I’ve ever had! First time buying them! The only thing is a few of my cookies was a lil over done the rest was still chewy in the middle! Very satisfying tho thank you so much definitely would be ordering again!

I've ordered from here multiple times and although it usually takes awhile i never had the experience i had last night. I order 2 cookies at 9:38 and they were not delivered until 11:25. The max wait time stated when i ordered was 35 minutes. I am a very patient person but after waiting over an hour and a half for cookies which had not even be prepared yet i was livid. Just as i'm about to drive down there myself i see it updated to waiting for driver, which then took another 20 minutes before they finally left with my order. There is no way to cancel my order and no way to see how long it will take besides "ASAP". Absolutely ridiculous and if you plan on ordering delivery just do it off door dash they will probably get it delivered 10 times faster!

The most delicious cookies I've ever had. Also a great place to get ice cream. Huge pro they are open late till midnight in the summer and three am during the college school year. Their cookies also stay soft and delicious after they cool. Be advised if you have a palm oil sensitivity/allergy, you will be limited to the vegan cookies. The choices are limited, but they are quite delicious as well.
