Whenever I go there I always get ignored by the girl with short hair and gauged ears. Doesn't matter if it's busy or slow she will always wait for someone else to help me. I had a time were I waited 5 minutes for the guy doing the grill to come over and make my sub. Won't be spending my money here ever again

I can’t count the number of times I’ve gotten sandwiches from this place with no onion and had my entire sandwich taste like onion. I don’t know if they just don’t change their gloves from the sandwich prior or if it’s cuz they use the same slicer for the meat and cheese and they do onion but as someone that has worked many many years in fast food, I can assure you it’s common knowledge to change gloves after using onion, peppers etc. since the taste lingers on the gloves. Do better

If you haven't had a sub "Mike's Way," you haven't lived! The olive oil and red wine vinegar combo is unique and special. Oh, and don't forget to add the 'pepper relish.'

I order through the app that has new offers all the time, and gives you points towards free sandwiches. I usually pick up from the Kimberly Road store in Davenport and no matter how busy they are, the service is always friendly and prompt! Highly recommend them for a great sandwich experience!

It was a horrible experience!! If I can put a sub zero star review I would do, first time ever in my life to have such a disgusting experience!!! I just ordered a chicken sandwich and before I am done with it I found three pieces of hairs in the sandwich, sooo gross! Don’t order from there!

First time eating here yesterday and I am very picky I don't eat meat really and I have serious food aversions this place reminds me of a place local to Duluth area erberts and gerbets best sandwich I've ever had though the staff was rude and not pleasant
