Had such a great experience with the team at this location! Our Uber Eats messed up our order twice and they have no customer service. I called the store directly and they worked together to make everything right! I appreciate them so much! They are super friendly and we’re so helpful. The food was amazing! So happy!

They just cannot seem to get an order right. I got a pick up order and had specific directions included on 2 areas and they still missed it and then were rude when I wanted them to fix it. I can't be the only person that requests the oil and vinegar on the side, if I am not planning on eating right away, I don't want a mushy sandwich.

Whenever I go there I always get ignored by the girl with short hair and gauged ears. Doesn't matter if it's busy or slow she will always wait for someone else to help me. I had a time were I waited 5 minutes for the guy doing the grill to come over and make my sub. Won't be spending my money here ever again

I can’t count the number of times I’ve gotten sandwiches from this place with no onion and had my entire sandwich taste like onion. I don’t know if they just don’t change their gloves from the sandwich prior or if it’s cuz they use the same slicer for the meat and cheese and they do onion but as someone that has worked many many years in fast food, I can assure you it’s common knowledge to change gloves after using onion, peppers etc. since the taste lingers on the gloves. Do better
If you haven't had a sub "Mike's Way," you haven't lived! The olive oil and red wine vinegar combo is unique and special. Oh, and don't forget to add the 'pepper relish.'
