Food and service here has always been great. Workers here are always fun to have a conversation with! Have always loved Jersey Mike's. Reason for 4 stars is we usually would always come in on a Sunday because they had kids eat free, but learning that the new manager didn't like this really put a downer on the mood. Sounds like the new manager is greedy for their profits rather than continuing something good they had going.

Extremely frustrating experience, and this is the second time in a row I’ve had issues here. I placed my order an hour ahead of time, showed up 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup, and they had no idea my order even existed. It hadn’t been started at all, and I had to wait another 20 minutes.
What really bothered me is that there was no apology, no explanation, and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I even asked for a drink while waiting and was still charged for it, which honestly felt disrespectful given the situation.
On my previous visit, I clearly stated no veggies, specifically no onions or tomatoes, and repeated it multiple times. I even asked again right before receiving the sandwich, was told there were no veggies, and when I got home it was full of grilled onions.
I’ve now wasted money twice in a row, and it feels like the staff genuinely doesn’t care. I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s Subs, but this location has been a major disappointment and dirty!

11/06/2025 I'm traveling north looking for Gluten Free options and chose this location. The lady working (who had an impressive detailed sleeve of tattoos) was outstanding. She wiped down the board intently and really put some elbow grease into and took my Gluten free order seriously. She quickly picked up that I had not been to this location before and helped me with my questions and also made recommendations. The sandwich she made was solid but her service is what will bring me back to this location. She deserves a job well done and thank you.
