Normally love Jersey Mike's... just not this location. All college kids working and were rushing us to order and pay and we didn't pay attention to the toppings. The bread was hard and one of the sandwiches was missing the mayo. Wasn't worth driving back to get fixed. I will still eat Jersey Mike's just not this location.

Noticed lately the details are getting missed on pick up orders. I placed my order 4 hours earIy on the app. Under special requests, banana & cherry peppers on the side. You put them on both sandwiches...???

A lady came in and said she was homeless and needed money for food for her and her kids. After a conversation with her we gave her $35 to order food. The staff let her talk to us and get money from us and then after she got the money they told her she needed to leave. I cannot buy food from a company who would let someone take money from another costumer and then tell her she has to leave. This was handled in an unprofessional manner.
Awful. Ordered sub sat & waited, they forgot my order then filled 7 customers orders after me. Complained then they finally filled my order, no apologie or compensation, contacted corporate & filed pollite complaint, Jersey Mike's corporate told me to Foff. Don't give JM's your business, support healthy business's instead.
