Ordered for delivery, said it would be ready at 3:15pm. At 4 pm, my husband called and was told that the "driver left half an hour ago". That is 15 minutes after it should have been ready. We are 3.6 miles from the store, it should not take half an hour to get here. When my husband asked how long it would be, the response was "he should be there soon." Not helpful at all.
