This is the 3rd time we've order for take out & the pizza was NOT done. The 1st 2 times we had to heat it up at home, this time my bf asked if it was done & the guy said yes, then he opened the box & said "no it isn't done" they finished the pizza & gave a 50cent discount. It sucks because we Love this pizza but for what we pay to have it done right it's not worth it. May have to find a new pizza place:(:(

Food is delicious. We generally get it once or twice a month. Lately the delivery has taken ~90 minutes for delivery. I'm 10 minutes from the store so I'm not sure what changed but I will not be ordering from them again unless I'm in no hurry to eat.

Had the triple roni Detroit style deep dish and Oh My Goodness!!! So Good!! The breadsticks and sauces (marinara & garlic butter) were great too.

Went there to get an online order.. I ordered 3 things and only got 2.. and instead of telling me what I ordered wasn't available they wait until I show up and ask before explaining anything.. of course online is on a card so there's nothing I can do.. I explain that I'm missing something and the full amount has shown up on my account.. he proceeds to say it's just pending that the lesser amount was what would be the final charge.. no I checked today and the full amount came out.. because the transaction is complete and I didn't get what I paid for I say that's theft.. I call today and the guy tells me it won't be taken care of for another week! Ridiculous
**UPDATE** my original order was 6.18.24 and it was refunded today 6.27.25
Best deep dish pizza I've had. Service was great. They do have a few high top tables, but they don't serve here. You order everything to go and sit there or leave. Again the pizza and cheese bread are absolutely amazing.

My husband absolutely loves their calzones. He is a big eater and one calzone is all he needs, they are huge. Myself, I'm in love with their pan pizza. This is pizza is what pan pizza is all about. The deep crust, the crispy edges. Agh..... I'm a sensory eaterand if a food can spark a second sense, like having magnificent crispy edge. I'm hooked. This is what the other companies used to be like. Domino's, Pizza hut, even Little Ceasars. You forgot how to make an incredible pan pizza.
