Every time I order anything from this location, they're missing at least one item. Last time it was a pickle. This time its both bags of chips. Normally wouldn't bother me, but when its ripping me off over almost $5 worth of food, I need to complain. They give you no way of disputing the order online, so have fun playing order roulette.

Disappointed. Back in the day, I would go to Jimmy John's to get subs. Today I wanted to get a whole wheat sub . Instead I got a wheat Square sandwich. The service was good. The sandwich tasted okay. But it was slightly too expensive.

After realizing that the app is not so perfect after all, the team at jimmy John’s recognized we were already stressed out and was kind enough to give us the after 2pm deal with our sandwhich! I have been coming to/ordering from this location for at least a decade and they never cease to amaze me! Thank you jimmy John’s team for showing humility, generosity, and kindness to us today!

I feel it is highly inappropriate that the staff feels the need to campaign for their political canadate. I respect everyone else is entitled to their own beliefs I however feel that ordering a sandwich should be a non-partisan activity. If this is the image Jimmy John's is trying to portray, that is fine. I, however, will no longer be a customer of this establishment.

Always eat here and have exceptional service but I called to place a simple pickup order and they told me "nope were doing catering orders you can't place a pickup order" do you honestly mean to tell me you can't make one sandwich for a customer? NEVER

Ordered online, showed up 20 minutes later, sandwich wasn't ready. It was lunch time, and they got a large order, so understandable I suppose. Then after another 20 minutes sitting in the restaurant, I decided it no longer met the definition of "Freaky Fast", so I cancelled and left. Two people on staff at that time, with one of them making it clear that they were working their very first shift. During the lunch hour. Maybe consider more staff, especially during high-traffic times. Thanks.

Gotta shout out Brandon at this location, I ordered a sandwich, which would have been fine for me,but it was not up to his standards of quality, so he completely remade another one to make sure it was done right. Man takes pride in his work, and it shows.
