I bought # club 15, the tuna without tomatoes ,the sub was good but I am concerned about the price why is it that high like that for a half bread, it costed me $12.90? It doesn't make sense at all . I think it should less than that honestly.

Jessie we are deeply sorry about somone asking for payment when you clearly wanted to pay cash. How absurd and rude. As for the driver not following clear instructions and leaving at desk #1 or #3 and picking up cash from the window is just terrible. We hope we can improve on these things to offer a better service to you the customer. We appreciate your feedback and will resolve this for next time. This is an absolutely despicable restaurant. They steal tips from Uber delivery drivers. They deliver the orders themselves if there are tips, but send Uber drivers if there aren't. When Uber drivers receive orders with tips and come to the restaurant to pick them up, they'll tell you that their drivers took the orders. They steal tips, and the Uber drivers are forced to drive 5 miles for free to pick up their orders. This isn't the first time; it's happened many times. It's truly disgusting and appalling.

This location is hit or miss with most staff but Michelle has been the staple at this location for at least the that two years and she makes things so easy and is always pleasant and smiling. She noticed I had no used my birthday coupon and it was about to expire, most people wouldn’t mention that or try to help the customer or guest out. My birthday was Sunday but she made my whole day because of her kindness and her great attitude. She is the rock of this location and I appreciate her customer service so much.

They started using uber now my delivery is taking over 30 minutes to get here. It used to be that it took under 30 minutes to get here cause I really don’t live far. It’s a shame that jimmy John’s is cheaping out and going third part for their delivery. Especially since I was expecting the tip I left to go to someone who deserves it for the fast delivery that I’m used to.

They forgot to make another person's order ahead of us and they completely messed up 2 of our 3 sandwiches. The restaurant is a mess and the workers don't acknowledge you until you acknowledge them. At least they remade the sandwiches they messed up at no additional charge. I definitely won't be coming back to this location!

Great staff, great service, everything has always been good here, food is fresh employees are great. The only thing I would have a recommendation for is the side room with the sunlight in it to be open. Never have had this good of service at a sandwich place before !!!!!
