Went with my daughter and grandkids. Service was great. The food was delicious and the seating area and bathroom was nice and clean. We will be back again ☺️

The one sandwich I get from Jimmy Johns is the JJ Gargantuan, because it's huge and actually satisfies my hunger when I want a sandwich. Today I got that one sandwich and it wasnt even half the size of what it is supposed to be. I'm not a fan of being ripped off especially when a sandwich is basically $15.

Absolute trash. Ordered 30 minutes ahead but can’t go into store so had to wait in a very long and slow drive thru to get our food which was $36 for 4 small sandwiches Jimmy John’s should be ashamed.

This is hands down the worst Jimmy Johns I've been to, not even sure why I've come back just to be disappointed. Never once have I come here and had my order done correctly. It probably doesn't help when taking your order, you have two different people talking back and forth to you. $52 for 3 incorrectly made sandwiches, 3 bags of chips, and one drink, is insane. I love Jimmy Johns, but will never return to this location!

Can't say I would ever eat at this Jimmy John's after seeing an employee sitting on the counter on their phone.
The website always use to work great. Now lately it no longer works. I can’t log in. I’ve reset my password. It won’t even let me create a new account. “An error has occurred”. When I finally navigated my way through the new layout to make my order online, It wouldn’t take my Apple Pay…. It’s been doing this for over a week now. I give up. Here’s a 1 star review for you.
