Service was acceptable, good music, and friendly staff. When I got home the gargantuan had the meats but minimal vegetables. There was no crunch from the vegetables. Also, they do not honor our US veterans with a discount. Unlikely to visit again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Ordered two sandwiches through drive through, that took 10 minutes, and completely didn’t get what I wanted . I’m a huge jimmy John’s fan and honestly I won’t be back at least to this location. And a $35 bill for two sandwiches and no receipt is absolutely ridiculous

I ordered jimmy John’s last night and added in these kickin ranch chips I had never seen before. Thy did not have the type of cookies or chips, BUT the store got very creative, sent two bags of chips (jalapeño and regular) along with a kick in ranch dressing/dip. This was super creative, and very good. Well done, replacement was perfect! And food great. Thank you!

The one sandwich I get from Jimmy Johns is the JJ Gargantuan, because it's huge and actually satisfies my hunger when I want a sandwich. Today I got that one sandwich and it wasnt even half the size of what it is supposed to be. I'm not a fan of being ripped off especially when a sandwich is basically $15.
