Jule's Bistro is my first pick for all work related meetings, gathering with friends and date night. The food, the staff and the atmosphere make it a special place.
Today I had breakfast. I ordered a hot chocolate (outstanding), you have your choice of many types of milk. I also ordered their oatmeal. It's a HUGE bowl full of dried berries, shaved coconut and slivered almonds. You can choose raw honey or real maple syrup (I've asked for brown sugar before) and choice of milk, half and half or cream. It's so filling.
During our meeting our server kept our water and coffee cups full without ever being intrusive. My friend had coffee with an in-house syrup made with vanilla beans and Stevia. You can tell the employees really care about their customers.

My first visit in the evening was lovely; the ambiance is welcoming (loved the unique art!) and the food was delicious. I ordered the sweet potato and herb flatbread. It was perfectly balanced sweet and savory, with delightfully fresh herbs. I was craving the same experience and visited the bistro today for takeout with high hopes. Unfortunately, the flatbread was so overcooked that it had completely dried out. It was not unlike eating crunchy cardboard with burnt leaves and stale onions. I couldn’t even eat a whole slice, and the entire $22 entree was tossed in the garbage. I was so horribly disappointed. So, buyer beware. It’s hit or miss; I hope you get the first experience and not the latter.

How to describe Jules' Bistro? Well, firstly, there isn't a bad thing on the menu. There isn't even anything that's mediocre. Everything from drinks to entrees to desserts is absolutely wonderful.
Dietary restrictions: I have type 3 diabetes. Jule's has plenty of delicious options that are low in sugar and carbohydrates. Never a problem ordering there.
Parking: There's lots of parking in the ramp behind the Paramount theater. It is however pay to park.

This may be the best food in St. Cloud! The prices may seem steep, but it all goes into food quality. Highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: That hummus plate is incredible.
An excellent place to eat, will be back. I have celiac and the gluten free options are wonderful! I would recommend a reservation but I was solo and got right in at the bar.
