It took WAY too long for my food to come. I asked for an italian cheese bread with sausage and they said 10-15 minutes. It took 2 hours. They kept saying it’s gonna be ready soon and it wasn’t. They did end up compensating me with a free bread but this was extremely unprofessional.

The store was filthy. ZERO pizzas ready for pick-up. Employees were on their phones and vaping by the front door. There must be new owners, because I've never seen anything this at the SC Little Caesars.

Breadsticks were overdone or had been overkneaded when made amd they were tough. There was hardly any of the sprinkles on them either

I placed an order at Little Caesars and what I received was completely unacceptable. These were supposed to be Crazy Puffs (steak flavor), but what I got looked sloppy, poorly made, and inedible (see photos).
The bread looked torn apart — almost as if it had been bitten — and was covered with greasy, uneven cheese. The pieces were smashed together, falling apart, and nothing close to what is advertised. The presentation alone is embarrassing, but the quality makes it even worse.
As a paying customer, I expect food that is properly prepared and safe to eat. This experience was not only disappointing, but also unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Last two trips the pizzas have either been burned or the consistency of cardboard. Save your money and go anywhere else. The 2nd star is only because the breadsticks were edible. Staff is nice though.
