Your employee on the phone tonight was awful. Wow. Literally the worst feeling is to feel like you're in the wrong as a customer. I haven't had someone hang up on me in a looooong time. What ever happened to being respectful? I could never imagine in all my years working retail and customer service. I will be taking this to corporate.

My recent experience was moderately unsatisfactory at this place. One can not ignore the fact that the fundamentals of ordering were misconstrued here. The value meal was supposed to be served with French fries - which is a staple for any combo meal. However, this was not the case. It seemed as though fries were a luxury that needed a special mention in the order. It's not exactly a great service standard, in my opinion.

Found hair in my food bought 4 steak and cheese bagels had the receipt refused to give me a refund or re make it her name was Marion. Very rude nasty food and hung up in me when I asked for a refund. Very unprofessional.

Frappe machine is never down at this location. That's all I get from McDonald's tho.
So very overpriced. I picked up a Mcchicken sandwich a large pop and large fries for my daughter. Cost was just under $11.00 I had just come from Green Mill and had a Deep dish medium pepperoni pizza and a Diet Coke. Cost was $11.50

Two days in a row drive-through did not answer when I came up to the drive-through. The first day I backed up and went to the other aisle and then told him about it the second day I was told us I know that the headset keeps shutting off and when I told him they should put a cone in front of one of the drive-through‘s, so people aren’t waiting for service. They said they can’t do this. This is so frustrating when I use the drive-through for 90% of my orders.

The grilled chicken looked & taste less than fresh. Less than 30 minutes after consuming; spent the following 2 days sitting in my bathroom. I find it suspicious that the guy at the window that ran my card, made a big deal about showing me his device that showed a huge red X because my card wasn’t working, so I paid cash. The following day, I called the number on the back of my card- it wasn’t my bank. All I heard was ads for Medicare telling me to push buttons because I’d won a free Life Line! Glad I tried using my card at a different placed, and it worked fine. I don’t know what kind of scam the guy at the window is doing, but it sure felt scammy. I’m too busy with a move to do a deep dive on that right now. I will never go there again.
