Idk how I made someone mad ordering through the app but clearly the cook didnt like my order. I didnt make any special requests, but both my burgers had the nasty scrapings from the grill placed strategically between my patties making the burger crunchy and almost caused me to puke. The fries were still mostly white and while they were hot. They were almost moist and limp. Why dont you make golden crispy fries anymore. Do people really prefer the mushy ones now? My chicken nuggets were about all I could eat and they had no crisp either. Just a sold nugget idk where the quality standards have gone but someone needs to find out who the cook was 12-4-25 around 11pm and fire them immediately

Food was very obviously premade AT LEAST 30 minutes before they gave this disgusting mess to me. The 10pc nuggets were soggy and stuck together, the large fries were half filled, undercooked and soggy, they forgot the deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwich so I had to go back to the drive through AGAIN just to get only a spicy mccrispy and not the deluxe. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, not sure how it’s still in business when literally all the surrounding McDonald’s within a 5 mile range are better to a degree

The food was soggy, the dinner area was dirty, so dirty in fact that it looked like it had not been swept in a month, and the food service was very slow, I waited for around 20 minutes. The trash was not taken out and my chocolate shake had strawberry on the bottom of it

Used to get quality service here but that has changed.
Inside was filthy, food garbage on tables and on floor. Garbage bin was so full I couldn’t even empty my tray.
None of the hand sanitizers worked and tte screens to order from were all dirty, no ketchup left in the dispenser. A Big Mac and two cheeseburgers.
One cheeseburger had no cheese and had some old looking lettuce on it that I didn’t ask for, the other one had half a piece of cheese neither any onions too much or very little ketchup one ouckke on one 4 on the other don’t even get me started on the mess that was the Big Mac.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

I had to pull up and wait for my order of a bacon quarter pounder and large fry. I assumed I would be getting something fresh because of the wait. Instead I got old cold fries and a cold burger. I will not be visiting McDonald's again

My most recent order included four McChickens, and I am honestly disgusted at the quality output. Not a single McChicken was saved from the old, wilted lettuce. The lack of care in preparing the food is obvious, and it clearly reflects the overall level of service.
As for delivery, I have a consistent issue: whoever is packing my order always forgets something. I'm starting to think they are not reading the full receipt or customization tickets, such as requests to leave off lettuce or pickles.
The service is exactly what you'd expect from people who clearly don't want to be there. This lack of enthusiasm shows in the poor quality of the food.
As for the atmosphere, don't bother going inside. While I appreciate kids socializing, it becomes a problem when a group of teenagers essentially camps out there all day long. They are constantly in the way, disrespectful, and block the ordering kiosks. I even had to intervene because someone almost walked off with my to-go order.
This is not hyperbole: if you avoid the drive-thru or curbside pickup, you'll find the lobby packed with teens who are always there, sharing meals, and enjoying free refills. You can even see the crowd inside if your vehicle is tall enough in the drive-thru.
This has gone on on multiple occasions, and I would strongly recommend another location altogether. The consistent mistakes with delivery and customizations, combined with the bad food and the uncomfortable, crowded lobby, make this location one to avoid.
I eat more McDonald's than I should admit, but this location is by far the best. Orders are actually correct, and staff seems to be happier. Even if I lived closer to a different one, I'd drive here.

Well, my buddy and I got there on bike at like 10:11pm or something something, and it was drive though only. We couldn't order through the drive through because of our bicycles, and I thought that was a bit cruddy. They closed the lobby, and no clue why. We could have just come into the lobby and ordered, and it wouldn't have been any different. I just wanted a burger and fries. It's kind of silly, but I am assuming they don't want druggies coming inside or something. I was hungry because my friend and I were at the park half the day. You can't get to go food at a burger restaurant that closes their lobby at 10pm because we're on bicycles? Just.... Dude

Pulled into the drive through tonight. Listened to four other cars get helped in the other lane and no response in mine. Pulled ahead to see if my lane might be having technical difficulties. Nope, the girl at the window knew all about it. Apparently the other order taker walked away. She wouldn’t alternate lanes to take orders during that time. She wouldn’t take my order at the window. Her only offer was to go back around the building and get back in line. I left and bought my dinner elsewhere.
