I do t know who was working but I sat for 15 minutes and then watched her get out of her car and come back inside. She took my order after that. I’m sure she was smoking pot as the window smelt like weed. Would give this review a 0 if I could.
Make sure you have time cause I swear every time I come here I gotta wait 20 mins just to get my order in when there’s two other people in line.

Where is McDonald’s I have ever been to the customer service is horse shit they tell you they’re out of everything but then the next person behind you get the same thing you just tried to order you wait 45 minutes just to get your food from the drive-through definitely needs new management or employees worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too

Worse place to get food in drive-thru after 10pm, line of cars waiting and they take one car at a time before helping another. Meaning one car thru until they get their food before they help someone else in line, horrible service.

Dystopian is the best way to describe this location. Actually I think that is what they are striving for here. Between the decor, the sterile music playing, the complete lack of humans inside the building, to the terrible service- keeping driving if heading west on I94… the Sauk Centre location is a thousand times better in all aspects.

$50 worth of food was messed up or missing. Missing 3 sandwiches. Chicken sandwich was messed up. Fries were disgustingly cold, we didn't touch them. Mobile order ahead still had to wait forever, it was busy and we understand that but you would think the fries at least would be fresh and hot since we had to wait for them. When we called to ask for a refund since our appetites were gone and half our food was missing and we were not about to go back up there in a worsening snowstorm, first off the manager answered and all she says is "mcstop". No hello, thanks for calling, no name given, no proper customer service greeting. As someone who's worked customer service for over 10 years this was an extremely rude way to answer the phone. When I tried to complain about the order she blames it on the store being busy and "mistakes happen". Hung up on me when I said I wanted a refund. My husband called again and was told to drive up there for our refund. Yeah not happening in this weather and when they were "so busy". Likely would not have been given a refund anyway. Called corporate and got our refund that way. Needless to say we will not be giving this place our business ever again. Disgusting store, disgusting customer service, disgusting cold old food. It's not like you're saving much money eating here anyway since they've gotten so ridiculously expensive. Head up the road a little ways and order from one of the local restaurants. Way better and you'll actually get what you pay for.

You need to ensure your grill staff understands the importance of shaking their fryer baskets along with making sure they are properly separating stacked nuggets especially mid cook so it’s easier. I got one closed together and luckily for me I knew what that meant. Photo proof below. But again make sure your staff knows about this. I’d get it if it was mid rush but I was the only car. Saw one group inside. Love the service here everyone is super nice!

I went there for lunch. I get 30 minutes for my lunch break. I ordered a single big mac on the app. When I got to the drive thru I was passed by 2 other vehicles before I was helped, 3 minute wait. Once up to the second window they asked me to pull around and to wait for a single big Mac. I waited for 15 minutes before one of the employees bringing food out came to my window. My order wasn't made and two vehicles behind me with larger orders got served first. It took an additional 5 minutes to wait for a big Mac. In total 23 minutes worth of waiting and I still had to drive back to my work. Needless to say. I had to waste my lunch break waiting in the drive thru just to get back to work and eat and work. I don't think I'll go back to this location. Had a few bad experiences previous to this, but this was a little ridiculous. They also didn't apologize for the wait, just gave me my single big Mac and walked to the next vehicle.

We went in and tried to order using the kiosk. Got everything added to the order and couldn’t pay at the kiosk, fine no problem, go to the counter to pay and we’re completely ignored. No employees at the counter so we left. Also they are out of anything McGriddle and biscuit.

Came here with my family because we wanted some fries, but when we arrived at the drive-through, nobody answered. When we pulled up to the window, the female worker ran off from the window and started laughing. Out of all the McDonald's I've gone to, this is by far the worst.
I was just here to get my son lunch and sat behind a car for at least 15 minutes before they sped off. Then I pull up and they tell me they will be with me in awhile. I said what’s awhile??? They said they need to get their kitchen together. I was like how long is that going to take should I go elsewhere??? And they said yes you should it will be a longtime. So then I drove to another McDonald’s in sartell and I had wanted to use a reward on my app. Well apparently it marked it as used even though I didn’t use it and I was explained this to the person who then talked to their crappy manager and they did nothing to honor my reward even though I’ve been extremely inconvenienced it’s insane. McDonald’s sucks. Get your crap together! Anyone know anything about customer service anymore???? If someone drives crosstown to give you Another opportunity for business after you drop the ball the first time then go out of your way to fix it!!!!
