I was doing DoorDash and I checked the front doors and they were locked so I went to the drive thru and waited in line for about 5 minutes just to be told that I have to go to the front door for DoorDash so I went back to the front door and stood there for 5 minutes while being ignored by the staff so I went back to the drive thru because it’s cold outside just to wait in line for another 10 minutes to begin told go back to the front door and someone would be waiting there with my order but when I got to the door I had to wait another 10 minutes in the cold while I watched them not have my order done and working on everyone else’s order while ignoring me at the front door where they told me to go and watched them hand out drive thru orders and then finally after they cleared their drive thru lines was I given my order. Biggest waste of my time and not worth the money. They either need more workers at this time or they need to turn orders off on DoorDash because this is not cool. I will forever decline orders for this McDonald’s. Worst service I’ve experienced while drive for DoorDash and I’ve dashed for 4+ years

Took 25 minutes to get food, some items were recalled and had to be remade, they didn’t even say anything. Slow service, an employee was wearing a dirty sweater and dirty jeans. Don’t go here.

Repeatedly visited this location for a while and was frequently met with unfinished noodly fries, slapped together and falling apart burgers, cold chicken, horrible service, its dirty all the time, you will have homeless folks walk in and just start asking people dining indoors for money. My final straw was this short girl with cornrows and glasses who doesnt say a single word, walks up confused with the order I waited 15 minutes on and even after saying thank you, still just handed me the items in silence with a blank awkward stare.
I think every other time I visit this location I hear a yelling fit between managers and employees. Half of the time when a customer gets frustrated they treat them like absolute crap and just deflect the problems back at them rather than apologize or try to make the experience better for the guest....
So much is wrong here, potentially the most miserable and toxic mcdonalds I have ever seen.

Zero stars ! Employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there and barely said a word . The food was terrible . Fries over salted and limp. Tea was watered down . Chicken tender in wrap was overdone . Hamburgers were room temp. Do not recommend!!

I experienced the nicest, most pleasant experience ever at a McDonald’s this evening. I took an unusually long time to order in the drive thru, but the young woman helping me was very courteous. Not only her, but each individual at each window was very friendly and polite. Much appreciated!

I've asked for well done and the food was barley cooked then had the nerve to ask me what's wrong now when they gave e the wrong sandwich. Wow Worst McDonald's ever. I have visited this McDonald's some weeks daily for over a year and have never been treated as poorly as I was today. After waiting 10 mins for them to take my order in the drive through I asked why and was told idk what you want me to do about it. When I called and asked for a manager I was treated with zero professionalism and hung up repeatedly. When the manager finally answered I got I would of helped you but you swore at me.. At this point wouldn't you?? As someone who started their customer service career with the great tools I learned at McDonald's, this store is failing and needs to completely retrain.
Manager (or Supervisor) seemed more interested in kissing a baby and dog sitting at a table than serving people. My food sat idle with my warm beverage waiting for it to be handed to me.

Not much there to say a normal fast-food restaurant that has very rude employees that need to be trained how to do there job better in drive thru she spent time talking and then she drops my card on the ground I ask her to try and be a bit more careful with it and she practically tells me to shut up and refuses service to me and kicks me out talk about disappointment working at division McDonald's myself in the 90s and then it's become this plus the coffee I can use to start my car how old it is and a usually messed up ice cream machine seriously needs a good mystery shop with these antics dissatisfied customer

we pulled up to the window and they start off by telling us to wait, they then proceeded to not turn there mic of and talk with there friends for about 5 mintues before starting our order. We had ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and a mcchicken and some nuggets, we then asked for a second to gather our thoughts for the rest of our order, when we started talking they told us to pull through and then told us we can’t make another order unless we pulled through and came around again. They messed up our order and missed two food items and we had to go back inside to get them. Each one of our fry’s are less then half full and feel like there barely cooked. service was bad and felt very out of place here!
