I am a frequent business traveler and stay in hotels between two and four nights a week. This Quality Inn is one of the nicest I stay in. Rooms are clean and quiet, staff is courteous and friendly and their pricing is usually spot on. Normally, if they're not full, they'll upgrade me as a Choice Hotels Diamond Member. All positives here and a 5 star experience.

Hotel was okay, cheaper than the surrounding hotels but you get what you pay for.

No elevator at all is a choice I can't say I've seen in any hotel ever, and was rather annoying to deal with.

The drain also didn't actually open so my shower was partly a bath since I couldn't keep it open.

Probably would stay at a different hotel next time.

Truck was having some issues so my husband & I had to get a room for a few days. The front area environment is very inviting & clean. Danika was so friendly & professionally. She understood our dilemma & made sure our stay was comfortable. House of Pizza has pretty good comfort food.

I was planning a stay at this hotel soon and see on the website for the St. Cloud, MN location - "Hotel does not accept local guest reservations within 30 miles from the hotels address, no exceptions." This is just weird, and maybe I am misinterpreting this statement, but does this mean that if I live local, within 30 miles of the hotel, I can't book a room? Why? I gave stars only as I unable to post this comment without them and am really curious about the policy mentioned.

Kind people and very helpful. Rooms are hotel rooms...bathrooms do need updates.

Overpriced and the room stunk like burnt plastic. I had to buy an air freshener just to make it through the night. There was blood on the sheets before I went to bed. That was nasty. The carpet had sharp things in it, something like fiberglass or thistles? Obviously, it wasn't properly vacuumed from the last user.
