I came in during the later part of the evening because I was interested in trying some spring rolls and it all around was an awkward experience. The man who offered to take my order directed me to another employee who was walking in circles until he was Hand guided to please help me with order. The cashier asked the lady in front of me if the spring rolls were hers and I politely told her no I would like to purchase those with some sweet and sour sauce and she gave me the rudest looks paying me out and handing me my sauce and food. Terrible customer service worst I have ever seen. The spring rolls were okay and the establishment feels like where you go to have a divorce tense and unfriendly. Will never return.

Ordered a family meal. Got 2 sides of noodles instead of one noodle, one fried rice. And the broccoli and beef was missing the beef.

Always a toss up with this place. It will either be good and filling or decent and give ya food poisoning.

Went in the other night and ordered my food and the worker told me it would be about 5 minutes because they had to make some of it I went and I paid and proceed to wait for over 20 minutes while they served people the food that I ordered and then had to wait another 10 for them to remake the food that I ordered and then I finally got my food

No bourbon chicken

Very inconsistent, some times food is freah and good vs. Having it sitting on a warming plate and dried out. When fresh it is 5 out of 5 stars

We stopped in heading out of town, very clean place and the staff were very friendly! Of course we had to get our orange chicken and rice!!! The bourbon chicken and teriyaki chicken are also a fave! The food was delicious and cooked well!

Food was great and service was alright, think the staff was just having a rough day, but other then that I highly recommend and will be going back.

Panda Express is always delicious and when I come to pick up my order it's always ready. Only wish is that they had a drive thru. I think they could find a way to do it in that facility.

Consistently a 2-3 star experience at this location. I have 4+ star experiences at other locations.

The general vibe in the store is "frantic". It seems like staff are always running behind, trying to catch up to demand. I never eat in-house. I don't want to eat in that rushed vibe.

The energy is like walking into a room after people were arguing. Edgy, and tense.

Servers are always waiting on kitchen staff. It seems disorganized and lacking clear communication between servers and cooks.

It is typically busy when I am there around supper time.Some foods look fresh, and some foods appear to have been out for a while and need to be refreshed for the supper hour.

This location has the potential to be 4+ with more organization, better communication, and some pre-planning/anticipation from the kitchen.

Staff has always been kind and accommodating to me. But I have witnessed other customers experience poor customer service, at this location.

My family picked up food from Panda for a quick dinner. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm, and we ended up waiting until 6:10pm to actually receive our meals. We had to physically show our emailed receipt for them to believe we had an order, and the staff were very rude. At one point I saw a staff member take food out of a to-go box on the line and put it back into the serving dish 🤢 they gave small portions and almost all of my noodles were cabbage 😔 I’m not sure why we come back. The mushroom chicken is tasty, though.

Shout out to the crew here for the great food and honesty. I dropped a 10 dollar bill on the floor by accident and the crew member came to my table and asked if I had lost it and returned it to me thank you guys!

I always get wontons with my meal, I have paid for them without getting them more times than I can count. Im sick and tired of being ripped off. Seriously. Do better.
