I have been loyal to Papa John’s for many years. It has gone south fast over the last couple of years. Final straw was I placed an order on the App and after 30 minutes they cancelled my order. Called the number and got a central location…not the actual store. They transferred me to the actual store and the phone rang for 2 minutes. Someone finally answered and I asked why my order was cancelled. He said the phone number was not recognized. Papa John’s updated their app and it wiped out my phone number. That’s on them! Been ordering off the app for years. They didn’t even try to say we will reinstate your order. Just hung up. Do better!

I go here so much the staff recognizes me most of the time I've never been disappointed. The few odd times we got the wrong pizza they swiftly remedied the situation!

Ordered a pizza and it came completely not cut! It tasted off like old soggy ingredients. Then next day I went to cut a piece to warm up and found this THING! To this day I still don’t know what it was, it was baked into the pizza as it was under the cheese. The most they could do for me was offer me a free pizza or refund me. I chose the refund and vowed to never return to that store ever again. TRUES Pizza in St Cloud is amazing and cheap, just saying!!
