This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. As we were getting seated a waiter tried to fit six people in a booth that seated five so we asked if we could use a chair from another table and they said it was a safety hazard. So we had to sit in a two different tables. We waited an hour for our food. The waiter told us two times that the food was stolen and obviously that was not true. We over heard this same excuse used at other tables.Once I received my belgian waffle, I cut into it and I found a piece of plastic that is used to close a bag of bread!! They still charged us for the belgian waffle. They gave three of us sausage instead of bacon and once they fixed it they charged us for the extra bacon.The scrambled eggs were runny. One person in our group never received his food because after an hour and a half the waiter used the same excuse "the food was stolen" so he said forget it and we left.

It's fine. Everything omlette was delicious. Potato pancakes were burned. When we mentioned that to our server, she said, "Yeah, I noticed that. Are they ok, though? Or do you want fresh ones?" So, yeah, a little weird that you'd knowingly serve something you'd consider burned. Round two was much better. If you're looking for some basic, quick-ish American fare, it's not a bad restaurant as long as you'renot picky. Would recommend the French silk pie.

We were down here for my grandfathers heart surgery. It was supposed to be a same day procedure but he crashed and ended up in CICU and we were down there for a week. We ate here a lot. The food was great. The staff are amazing and they were on top of things. Definitely the best Perkins I have ever been to.

After we were seated, we were asked what we wanted to drink. It took quite some time to get them and they were incorrect but they fixed it.I ordered country fried steak with eggs and my son ordered chicken tenders with both sides being fries.This took a very long time to get. My son stated the chicken was a little dry but manageable. My pancakes were quite enjoyable. On the other hand, the steak was utterly disgusting so I sent it back and ordered the build your own breakfast to include ham which I generally do.In the meantime, I ended up in the bathroom thinking I was going to puke. Fortunately I did not but when I came back out my food was waiting for me.It took some time before I could pull myself to take a bite. Partially because I wanted my stomach to settle and partially because the ham looked burnt.In fact the ham was burnt and quite dry. When the waitress came back to see how it was going I let her know.Luckily the manager compt the meal as I refused to eat it. Normally I like eating at Perkins, they do have good pancakes but I will not be returning to this one (St. Cloud).

This Perkins was great! We were seated in a timely fashion and were greeted by everyone with a smile and a great attitude. It did take a little while to receive my meal but it was 100% worth it. Fresh and hot. So delicious. I'm thankful for such friendly staff and great atmosphere. ?

We were seated, asked what we wanted to drink and then nobody came back for 20 minutes! After they seated another table. We were again asked what we wanted to drink. They came out took the order of the table they just sat which later we found out were other employees. Then took our order and again asked us what we wanted to drink! And we didn't get our drinks until we got our food... The food was overcooked and extra crispy. The entire visit was horrible!
It's just plain breakfast if there ever was any, but I've never had horrible service, just sucks listening to the drinks Haha other than that they do a pretty good job.

My son asked for over easy eggs but was served over hard eggs, he also asked that the bacon be extra crispy and it was not! I had more bread than filling on my BBQ chicken sandwich. My daughter wanted a fried egg on her breakfast sandwich and waiter didn't know what that was so she settled on a over hard egg. I ordered a lemonade and was brought some raspberry drink and when i pointed out the mistake I was told that they were out of lemonade and didn't offer a replacement of any kind. Charge 3$ for a fountain drink they could at least make sure you get what you want. I have it 2 stars because the food was hot and fresh and the server was polite.

We've been here many times before and if I'm being honest it was pretty bad but tonight really changed that. The greeter came right away and the waiter was very helpful and nice throughout our visit.
