I met a friend here for lunch and it wasn’t too bad. I have my list of favorite places. This won’t make it onto that list. They were busy. They were cooking and they were serving. What more do you need. Don’t be needy.

Wow so disappointed with my order. The milkshake was disgusting! Didn't taste like a milkshake at all but more like spoiled milk, the consistency was like cottage cheese and tasted awful! The mozzarella sticks are waaay overpriced, you get 6 for $13, and came with a squished marinara sauce cup that leaked all over the container. The strawberry cream rolls had no flavor and weren't sweet at all. And whoever is working the counter is rude and looks annoyed to be there. What's going on Perkins? Your food AND service suck as you charge outrageous prices!! I will never eat here again.

Waitress wasn’t told we were sat so sat for 20 minutes without a waitress - she was great but wasn’t thrilled about the miscommunication. The other waitress kept open mouth coughing Everytime she walked past our table. Hostess was rude from the time we walked in.

Yikes. Should have read the reviews before I came here today.
Got there, got seated, all good right? No. Waited 40+ minutes for eggs + bacon + toast + and pancakes. This was no large order. There was no updates from our server, and to top it all off no refills were given until we were basically done with our meal despite the server telling us she would be back with a refill the second (and last) time we saw her.
Did not tip, strangely don't feel a little bad about it.
Also for 2 people it was about.. 40 dollars. Don't come here. Go to Brigitte's Cafe.

Never received any updates waited over an hour for our food. Service was bad and not non-apologetic at all for the time wasted the treatment. Don’t go here if you wanna get your food.

I ordered a baked potato to go and then I ordered pancakes, eggs and bacon to eat here. They bring me my food that I eat here cold. My food was cold The butter didn't even melt a little bit. Nothing was warm on the food on my plate that I was supposed to eat in the store. This is like, really bad experience. At this Perkins, I would not recommend this place ever. Serving your customer cold food to eat in your store. Why would you give your customer cold food to eat in your store? Because they ordered a potato to go, you could have brought the potato while they were eating their hot food. My eggs were freaking cold as heck. My pancakes didn't even put a dent in the butter to melt it. It was still and they serve soft butter, and it didn't even melt Perkins is a joke nowadays

Over 50 minutes to get our food. Food was cold and brought out one item at a time over 15 minutes. When we asked for the manager she was unhelpful. I would not eat here.

Went in for a couple pies. It was mid day, pretty quiet. I bought two pies 🥧 😋 they were so good, but pertty pricey, I paid over 50.00 for two of them.
