$40.86 for a medium cheese pizza!!! Delivered to the wrong address and my son didn’t even get his whole order!! Below zero temperatures and his order was delivered to wrong address outside on the step not even complete!! So $40.86!!! Seriously people!! Called the store twice only for the lady to yell at me, screaming at me telling me to call back in the morning!! I couldn’t even get a word in and she hung up on me!! I demand a full refund!!! This is B S man!!!! $40.86 for only a medium cold cheese pizza!!!

I went to the only Pizza Hut in Saint Cloud, MN. The pizza was good, but the staff and restaurant were crappy. The floor was very slippery, the restaurant was freezing and the staff was very rude.

I ordered online and prepaid making it easier to pick up. My bill was $29.91, but when I got my statement they charged me $35.29. $5.38 more than I authorized. I called to ask and the manager was very rude and started yelling when all I wanted to know was why the extra charge. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. You lost a valued customer over $5.38. I hope she gets fired or actually learns to be a manager one day. Horrible customer service.

This review comes from someone who swore that Pizza Hut was one the Greatest Pizza chains in the U.S. I can't even begin to express my disappointment about this location in general. Through years of just being devoted to having a favorite place to order from has left me with sour taste in my mouth at the sound of ordering from Pizza Hut.
This review isn't for just one order but all the orders in the past 2 years. For some reason every time I order I'm either missing something from my order or given something completely different. Just to recount my last order I ordered their famous Pan Pizza, and I got an under cooked stuff crust. While some might think that is a win. I don't. Pizza Hut is renowned for their Pan Pizza and that is exactly what I wanted. So, when I realized that I didn't get it. I called to see what can be done to make up for it. The phone rang for a long time just to be answered with a very irritated person on the other end. I didn't get the standard greeting "Thank for calling Pizza Hut" and so forth. I got someone who sounded like they didn't want to work and answered the complaint line. When I told them what happened that I did not get a Pan super supreme. The person on the other line replied with; "What do you want to do about it?" I was hoping to be given options like can I get my money back and apology or something. So I tell her that I suppose I'd like it remade and I guess we'll pick it up. Which they obliged and quickly wanted to get off the phone without even asking me what was on the pizza. Just rushing to get off the phone. Completely ruining our night to stay in and order what we thought was going to be a great pizza night. Then we get there my wife goes in and my wife and I made a mistake. We didn't look at the pizza. It wasn't even cut when we got home. Mind you we're now returning home to a cold dinner that was already dropped off. Just for us to go get the correct pie. I digresss and I try to enjoy it.
As I'm eating the pizza was sub par but mind you the crust was everything I'd expected it to be. It hits me I don't like their pizza any more I've been craving this crust and putting up with bad pizza just for a great crust. So I continue to try to enjoy my meal just to go hard on the bread sticks which is essentially a pan crust without the hassle of nasty pizza.
It saddened me to come to the realization that I've put up with horrible service for years and had food just for a single item that just doesn't sate my appetite anymore. My wife was always warning me about it and it hit me hard having to deal with people that don't like their jobs and having customers that work hard for their money just get subpar food get the bad end of the stick. So I withdraw my support for this Pizza Hut. I hope it's just this one location and I hope that a Pizza Hut someone where reignites fire for what was once a great chain.
Workers walked around watching us as we waited at the counter to order & one in particular kept yelling at the others extremely loud, then when we ordered we had to pay if we wanted water because their machine has been down for… 4 months. So in order to have a beverage you need to buy a bottle of water or 2liter of pop. I even watched someone fill their cup in the bathroom. Although this is all a bummer, the food is always 10/10!

Be careful when ordering to this location, the workers will write a tip down on the receipt when closing out the register if you tip $0. I have now had this happen 3 times, and I have the proof for it too
This place is sooo unprofessional never received my pizza staff was disrespectful they screwed up. and did nothing to fix it on a $75 order

The food was fine. But the blonde lady that was working tonight on 12/22/24 was EXTREMELY rude to BOTH fellow employees AND customers. She either needs some strict discipline or needs to be let go in my personal opinion. WONT be coming back here.
Pizza was amazing!! Delivery was a bit long. Think they are short on drivers.

My food was actually pretty good. The pizza had very light sauce which I didn’t ask for and one half cup of marinara for a whole box of breadsticks which also didn’t make sense. Otherwise, a solid experience.

Very Rude Obnoxious staff with too much swearing nonstop! The restaurant is clean and nice, food was good. but WOW!! have never been to a restaurant with such obnoxious workers! Especially the "boss"! So loud and rude!!
