Ordered a pizza by phone. Took over an hour to get it. Pizza was lukewarm at best and was not in a warmer. Delivery person was rude...told us to heat it up in microwave. Order person was difficult to understand as she spoke broken English. No confirmation given for the pizza. Don't recommend ordering from here again. Would like a refund or will go over supervisor to voice my opinion.

Called to ask why doordash was delivering my order the lady on the phone was very very very rude and hung up on me out of the blue and before she hung up she said ( I am not putting up with bullshit tonight!!! ) with a very condescending tone in her voice and I was about ready to tell her, you do not treat the customer that way over the phone. So I don't think I will ever be ordering from the saint cloud minnesota pizza hut ever again

Wow, I dont remember pizza hut being this bad. Been a while since ive had it but i would rather eat a frozen jacks pizza than this junk. There was so little sauce that made it pretty much dry cheesebread.

If you door dash, or are new to door dash don’t set your bags on their counters, you will get in trouble, I’m new and found out the hard way…!!! Otherwise great location, food and atmosphere!!!
