Kirsten is the best. She is such a hard worker and is kind to everyone. Every time I come to the shop, she is either warmly taking care of customers or hard at work rolling dough by the window. She is the reason I want to work at pretzel maker when I’m a little older. She reminds that not all of the work force is that bad and there is hope for this generation. I love Kirsten 😊😊

I have been coming to this location in St. Cloud for years. 95% of the time the salted bites are warm and fresh. Which is why I keep coming back. I love the nacho cheese although I know they have a cheddar cheese option I like the spice in the nacho cheese. I do not recall ever having a bad experience with staff. They’re always helpful and friendly. The place looks clean and well-maintained. I think this location is one of the best pretzel maker locations left. I tried one in Tampa Florida in the international Plaza in the bites were cold and the cheese was nasty. Same with the other location in the Minneapolis area just nasty. My head goes off to this location. I always have great service and wonderful tasting food and also warm.!

They dont even have the forks to give to customers . Bites were good but We have to use hand eith frothing. Please check . And staffs were rude as well.

Extremely dissatisfied with this location. The mini dogs are poorly made with very little dough. We asked if it was possible to get a newer batch and was told that they’re was nothing they could do.

My boyfriend and I are regulars at this spot whenever we hit the mall. But today, we encountered this one lady who really gave us some attitude.

When he ordered, she dumped a mountain of salt into our two buckets – I mean, it was a ridiculous unhealthy amount! My bf, trying to stay polite, mentioned it was way too much, and she snapped back that we’d have to pay for new ones. We couldn’t even speak to a manager since it was just her on duty.

We decided to toss the buckets in the trash, like who wants to deal with high blood pressure, def not me! We couldn’t even share it with a squirrel! Just makes you wonder if she would eat that herself. It feels like some extra training on customer service would go a long way!

We had place larger order for an event on 8.10. We did 6 large trays of pretzels and an assortment of dips. Everything was good until we got to our event to realize the assortment of dips was like a personal size of sauce, so we ran out of dips within the first hour of our event. I wish they had portion sizes available or something to let the customer know that we should order more dips.

That Girl

I was there today getting pretzels, and there was a women making fun at me. She kept pointing and I over heard her call my mom fat. She is a shorter African American girl with braids. When we went to Pay. She got up and walked away. And hide behind the lemonade machine. Then she was giggling when my gift card said declined. I don't know why someone would act that. But it was really upsetting. It's very hard to go there. Because she does that everytime. But I thought it would stop. But it didn't. It's a shame because I love this place. And it's where I go everytime I go to the mall. But when she is there I try avoid the place.

I was there trying get something to eat they told us it would be about 10 minutes, so we wait. 10 minutes passed, I asked my fiance to see how much longer. The answer he got was I don't know, I'm not the boss I just work her. So I'm upset at this point I go up and ask myself the same woman tells me it will be as long as it takes for the person she working with to go to the bathroom and have a smoke. No im sorry. She knew what time her coworker took there break and how long it should be. They shouldn't give their customers attitudes.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!!! I had a simple question and the guy there gave me an attitude for asking a question, not to mention he’s touching his face then touching the food! ALSO was wearing basketball shorts ! Very unprofessional
