We had place larger order for an event on 8.10. We did 6 large trays of pretzels and an assortment of dips. Everything was good until we got to our event to realize the assortment of dips was like a personal size of sauce, so we ran out of dips within the first hour of our event. I wish they had portion sizes available or something to let the customer know that we should order more dips.
This is a great place to eat. Morgan (staff member) is very kind and helpful. He answered all of my questioned and got me exactly what I wanted! I will be eating there again because of him.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazingly friendly staff, consistent quality of food and clean feel. I see a lot of complaints of long waits and food not being readily available.. they work inside of a 10 x10 box and pump out hundreds of orders a day. If they do the right thing and make stuff fresh, it takes too long but if they have them up for order, people complain about the quality of product.
