My lunch at Red Lobster ( I visit each week) was wonderful! The food and ordered drinks are consistently delicious. By far, the service and friendly, knowledgeable staff members are the primary reason for my patronage. Each member of staff is personable, respectful and helpful. These qualities are the reason I continually to come to Red Lobster.

After checking-in, My family and I waited for a an hour so our table can be ready after we were told to wait for 15mins but we noticed everyone that we arrived before them was able to get a table in 15mins except for my family of 6 only because we were BLACK people so we decided to walk away. It hurt me because it was my little daughter birthday also we drove 32 miles from our home.
Very much racist don’t take your family there.

My son got his application for Ridgewater College accepted yesterday 2/21/25 He's going to attend a program for kids like him (he has autism). We celebrated at Red Lobster in St. Cloud, MN and the waitress was SO amazing! She gave him extra hush puppies and made him an ice cream sundae. Man I wish I had kept the receipt to have her name she was just a fantastic person. She is in the photo and I hope she gets recognized for making him feel so super special. The world needs more people like her!

We went to this location on Valentine’s Day and even though it was crazy busy as expected the food was still great and the waitress we have was Amazing and gave exceptional service even though it was the end of her shift after a long busy day! A+++

Waitress was very slow and we're still waiting for crab crackers. We were seated and waited 15 min before server came to take drink order. When we got our food it was luke warm. To top it off, there was no toilet paper in the ladies room!

Lobster and shrimp were burnt, over cooked, and dry. Salmon was over cooked and dry. Muscles, shrimp & lobster tail pasta- all over cooked & rubbery and tasted like plain pasta water. This used to be our favorite seafood restaurant but last couple times have been not good. Server didn’t check on us until we wanted the bill. Very disappointing and we won’t be back.

The service was almost non existent. Took 10 minutes to be greeted/get drinks. Server was never around and took forever to bring us the bill. After leaving the bill with us, took another 10-15 minutes to come run the card. And it was dead when we arrived!

I've had some absolutely amazing meals at Red Lobster, the one coming to mind being some sort of a shore bake with scrumptious seafood, potatoes, and corn. Years later I still remember it fondly. My last meal was nothing of the sort.

To be fair, it was probably my mistake for not understanding what "golden brown" means at Red Lobster. I pictured savory shellfish, scallops, and shrimp, maybe in a buttery herb sauce. Instead, every single thing on the plate was coated in a foamy batter, which utterly ruined the meal for me.

That may have been forgivable, but the staff decided to zoop zoop zoop their mechanical vacuum cleaner alongside our table for most of our stay. I understand the urge to get closing tasks done efficiently, but it was hard to talk to my wife over the noise, and it just seemed impolite.

Throw in speakers dangling out of a dingy old ceiling and a booth so lumpy it was almost painful and somehow the magic of my memory was entirely absent. I will seriously consider alternatives before returning.

Food was okay at best, didn't taste fresh and was only warm like everything was quickly re-heated. Music was way to loud. Tables and booths in disrepair, water spots all over all the cups and silverware. Very disappointed, won't be back.

We went here last weekend with my mother-in-law for my husband's birthday. I am not a fish/seafood lover so I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger and bun both were burned. The meat was so dry that it was difficult to swallow. The burger came without tomatoes and without the "signature sauce" that I was looking forward to. Easily the worst burger I have ever had. When I asked about the sauce, I was told that they were out of mayo. The picture on the menu doesn't look like the "signature sauce" is mayo. We had to wait for 45 to get our food even though the restaurant was empty.

Red Lobster has always been the first choice when I ask my kids if they want seafood! We always have a great time and absolutely love everything on the menu! The ultimate feast is our favorite!
