In the last month I have ordered an early dinner from here. Both time my normally juice burger has been cooked black. The fries were still good but I had to cut off the entire outer edge of the burger.
Not sure if they have new cooks or are short staffed.
Their burgers used to be awesome.

I ordered my food and they told me to pick it up at 9:25. I go into the restaurant which is empty. The lady says hi are you eating here? I said no I did an order. Oh I don’t have any orders so she went to the back. She came back with food. Oh, there’s napkins and everything in the bag. Next thing you know I get home my burger is so burnt. I can’t even taste of meat. My fries are so dried out like they’ve been sitting there for hours or she just made them this morning or this afternoon and gave them to me I’ve been calling the store no answer9:50 pm omg what a waste

Food was amazing and service was just as good. I believe we were served by Tyler who gave us great, friendly, and fast service. Food came out quickly and hot and was reasonably priced. It was my first time going in a long time and I will definitely be stopping in more often.

On 12/30/24 my family went to Res Robin in St.Cloud MN. We were celebrating a birthday and we had 6 people to celebrate with. We went in to Red Robin @625 pm waited 5 mins at the front for a host to seat us. We then decided we will go sit in the bar since it is seat yourself. There were two other parties in the bar a table of 2 and a table of 4. We sat down and the bar tender looked at us and walked by us 3 time not a hi I will grab water I will get you a menu nothing. We sat there from 6:30-6:40 pm. We walked out. We will never return it was not busy and I can see why. The most unfortunate thing was the last time I was there I had a fabulous manager wait on me for a carry out order and I saw her also working on 12/30/24 but she was working helping people and never noticed we were left with out help by the absolute rude bar tender. So due to one terrible employee 3 families will never return to this establishment. We did go to Tap House down the road and an absolutely fabulous time food and waiter.

This was my first time being here and to be honest it was WONDERFUL! lovely staff, helped us when we had questions, food was so hot and fresh when it arrived. My only and I mean only complaint was that it took a long time to get the check.
