Over all the biggest thing, the food, was good and hot so I can’t complain about the food itself. My biggest complaint was the staff. Being that rolling ridge exclusively works with short stop I would assume they would have better communication. Short stop provided the “day of coordinator” for the venue. We were told at our final walk through with Nikki, when we went through details like where the cake table would be and cocktail tables would be that short stop would see...
Salad and potatoes were very good but the chicken was so dry it was inedible. Felt bad for Tri-County Humane Society. They work so hard to create a wonderful event and the food was a let down.
Custom Catering provided the food, beverage, and day of service at our wedding this August. The food and drinks were good, but what stood out to us most was the service! Their staff is friendly, efficient, and so helpful; they really care about you having a great day! Sally was our day of coordinator and she was so attentive and willing to go the extra mile!
