i was early in the morning, couldn't understand what she asked to me and I ordered tall cafe latte, and she gave me smaller size and iced cafe latte. I didn't know it was not tall until I look it up what was that actual size of that smallest cup I ever get, and she didn't even asked cold or hot. it was bad service I wish they fix it someday. it is not really good service and they are not being kind for foreigner.

Usually very friendly.. But stop being a snob and crabby when we customize our orders.. That is the beauty of being able to get what you want. Maybe you should think about putting tic tok recipes on your menu.. Some are way better than what you offer!!! if I get attitude again when I order a custom drink.. I will walk out and give you one star!!

This Starbucks is in the Target in east Side of St. Cloud the baristas are all very pleasant and helpful I would like to give a shout out to entire staff.

Store closed an hour early. Arrived at 7:06pm when they close at 8:00pm, staff said, they closed early due to “staffing issues,” two employees were just sitting around in the lobby and casually chatting.
the last two times I’ve gone they have been out of my favorite syrup and discontinued my other favorite syrup. they also forgot my friends main part of her order.
