Please repeat the order back, even if you think you got it right. Very nice and friendly staff, but when I order a grande and get a venti, it's more money and watered down (or in this case more milk and less coffee flavor). Please just make sure you’re getting the orders right, it wastes everybody’s time and money when you don’t. I was a barista, and it saves a lot of hassle and time. Not repeating the order back to the customer is lazy and causes easily fixable mistakes. Next time I’m making them repeat it back if they don’t, I’m tired of all the coffee shops not being able to get orders right.

Word of advice: when you a barista get an order wrong do your best to communicate with your team mates. Have a manager handle it. Don’t send a bimbo to the window that knows nothing about anything to the window. Then make sure she herself can handle it and not forget immediate how to count even basic change. Ugh… do better!!

We ordered 2 drinks of the same size we asked to put the popping pearls from the Summer berry into a different drink, and the lady got upset we informed her that we had done this many other times with no issues including this very location, she said I guess we can do it this one time and proceeded to put barley any popping pearls in the Trenta drink. It wouldn't have been a big deal if she would've had a better attitude and a better approach. She was very rude and had very poor customer service towards our simple request.

Great customer service! Although i always forget that u need to scan the app b4 u pay. It would be nice if they asked if u had rewards. She was a little snippy about that it needed 2 be scanned b4.

Dietary restrictions: Lactose free. They do charge an up-charge for dairy alternatives. Which I understand, but also think is a bit unfair. They could have one standard dairy free option and any other is a small fee. Then they don't make you aware of the up-charge either.
