This is not a starbucks. This is a a coffee vending machine that requires tips. (evil if you dont tip your barista!) MAJOR FAIL Removing the sitting area and bathrooms. Done with this place. A superauto coffee machine like a jura or a philips/saeco is more of an economic option and makes wayyyyy better drinks at this point. Drive thru culture has taken over all of these “third places” and destroyed anything good about them. 2 stars at best! I have gotten even better drinks out of gas station super automatic machines vs the Clover Vertica and the drinks were 75 percent less in price too.Drive Thrus are LAZY culture at its finest! Kinder Coffee has waaaaaay better coffee too and is Local.

"The store closes at 9 PM, and I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:35 PM. Instead of serving me, the staff completely ignored me. I pulled up to the window and even honked, but they still acted like they didn't see me, even though they clearly did. This was incredibly unprofessional. Do better."

This store is all about what it doesn’t have:
- no menu
- no seating
- no restroom

Polite service, but all the things it lacks as a cafe makes it a one-time stop for us. Clearly oriented to commuters, rather than a cafe experience. Perhaps a good signal to drop the stock too.

Service was great and give it a 5 star. I had ordered a few weeks ago a matcha latte where the whole milk unfortunately had expired but Rowan and Syndey were more than happy to immediately exchange it without question making sure I had a proper tasting latte. Special thanks to Rowan for all your patience and extra effort to replace and remake the Matcha Latte.

Removing the sitting area (which was small but at least existed) & bathroom is a major disappointment.April 15 & May 2, 2024 orders were clearly marked correctly as I ordered on the app. Mistake proof! You would think. But one of 4 drinks were missing syrup, then 2 of the 4 missing half and half. I wish people could read. That is only 25% of the orders were made as I ordered on these 2 visits. I have my spouse pick them up on his way home 40min away & it is just a little disappointing. Still drinkable but less than satisfied. Please read our orders and stay focused on the customer. Came to this Starbucks this morning, ordered a pour over dark roast, they proceeded to say it would be a wait and we gladly said we would. The barista decided to skip the pour over without telling us and gave me a pike place. I think it’s horrible service to tell a customer that you will be doing a pour over for a wait and then giving them something they did not order or pay for without telling them.
