had a great experience at starbucks today, went to go get my favorite acai strawberry lemonade and pink drink and the lady was super sweet complemented me and everything she deserves a raiseš¤·š½āāļø just saying i think her name was shea, or shena im not exactly sure.

They wouldn't take a $50. Dollar bill to load my card. I couldn't get anyone's attention when it wasn't busy to get my water I ordered that had been forgotten. Parking sucks. I'm not sure coffee was in my frap.

Was just in the Starbucks ordered a Trenta cold brew cost just shy of $10 tipped five dollars so weāre at $15 now for a cup of coffee. Told the girl taking the order a quarter inch of cream then watch the girl making the coffee note I wasnāt sure if she was making mine so I didnāt speak up and I wish I shouldāve Anyway watched your poor 3 1/2 inches of cream in this cup of coffee then turn around and try to give it to me I didnāt order a milkshake. I just turned around and walked out. Iād say that they made $15 but the girl just wasted seven in cream. Iāll never go back never go back and I might be done with Starbucks altogether. This happens way too much you go in there for a cup of coffee not for a milkshake.

I go there all the time and my simple asks are never met. I ask for no berries, I get berries, I ask for light ice, I get heavy ice. Today I went there and got two caramel macchiatos, neither of them were even close to being filled.

Usually like their coffee. Have had very few mess ups. When it happens staff usually correct problem without throwing a fit.
The drive thru always takes forever! My order is always taken incorrectly to come extent(missing shot, wrong milk, etc). Iām not sure if itās always very busy inside or what but Iāve had less than satisfactory service everytime I go through the drive thru.

This Starbucks is my regular location as itās the only one downtown. The staff is timely and typically polite but a few people Iāve talked with have been quite abrasive. The drinks are always good and on par. The parking is okay and the lot is sort of weird if youāre coming from across the street.. or maybe thatās just me.

This place has to get it together. With three people ahead of me along with ordering ahead, I waited for twenty minutes for my order. There was one car ahead of me when I pulled up and waited five minutes for them to take their order. Parking spots empty, not many people in the store. What is going on here? This hasnāt been the first time, but it will certainly be the last. Iād rather travel all the way over to the division store.
