The drive thru always takes forever! My order is always taken incorrectly to come extent(missing shot, wrong milk, etc). I’m not sure if it’s always very busy inside or what but I’ve had less than satisfactory service everytime I go through the drive thru.

This Starbucks is my regular location as it’s the only one downtown. The staff is timely and typically polite but a few people I’ve talked with have been quite abrasive. The drinks are always good and on par. The parking is okay and the lot is sort of weird if you’re coming from across the street.. or maybe that’s just me.

Dont know what the last few complainers are talking about on here. Thats the world.we live in. Some people just like to complain a lot. We dont frequent the downtown location, but nothing but good drinks and service for us at this location.

1 person in front of me in drive thru. Single girl working the window and never took my order. Waited 9 minutes and left without a coffee. Absolutely no urgency at all

This place has to get it together. With three people ahead of me along with ordering ahead, I waited for twenty minutes for my order. There was one car ahead of me when I pulled up and waited five minutes for them to take their order. Parking spots empty, not many people in the store. What is going on here? This hasn’t been the first time, but it will certainly be the last. I’d rather travel all the way over to the division store.

I asked her nicely not to warm it up and she put it in there and gave it to me and told me it wasn't warmed up would you if she took it out of the little machine you guys warm it up in Younger chubby person she was cranky because it was only two people working and it was busy
This Starbucks has really gone down hill. I was an everyday customer then the coffee drinks being made for me really changed for the worst. I did complain one time went and got a new drink a strawberry acia. The strawberries were old and chewy. It was just gross. Hopefully they are checking there expiration dates and stuff… I won’t be back.

Amazing experience great place to study as I see a ton of people on laptops I come here with my sister almost everyday to get a drink maybe a CakePop and it tastes awesome I recommend this Starbucks for its quick service kind employees amazing taste etc
