Dont know what the last few complainers are talking about on here. Thats the world.we live in. Some people just like to complain a lot. We dont frequent the downtown location, but nothing but good drinks and service for us at this location.

This place has to get it together. With three people ahead of me along with ordering ahead, I waited for twenty minutes for my order. There was one car ahead of me when I pulled up and waited five minutes for them to take their order. Parking spots empty, not many people in the store. What is going on here? This hasn’t been the first time, but it will certainly be the last. I’d rather travel all the way over to the division store.

I asked her nicely not to warm it up and she put it in there and gave it to me and told me it wasn't warmed up would you if she took it out of the little machine you guys warm it up in Younger chubby person she was cranky because it was only two people working and it was busy

This Starbucks has really gone down hill. I was an everyday customer then the coffee drinks being made for me really changed for the worst. I did complain one time went and got a new drink a strawberry acia. The strawberries were old and chewy. It was just gross. Hopefully they are checking there expiration dates and stuff… I won’t be back.

Amazing experience great place to study as I see a ton of people on laptops I come here with my sister almost everyday to get a drink maybe a CakePop and it tastes awesome I recommend this Starbucks for its quick service kind employees amazing taste etc

Sub prime internet service has dropped that 5 star rating to 4. When previously, always 5-star and not looking for another place. One that internet service declined, I declined to want FYI to pay those price points for coffee. It was still a benefit before this. 285kb/s internet, and it isn't that crowded in the place? Goodbye social coffee place.
Vegetarian options: The choices offer great proteins and some nutrients.
I ordered a Venti coffee from here without ice and it darn near empty, very unsatisfied. Good thing I order a cup of ice

I went through the drive through today after class to get 2 iced coffees and a sandwich. When we got there there was no one else in line and the parking lot was empty, they asked us to wait a minute before they took our order (sat there for about 2.5 minutes) then when we got to the window the re we’re 3 people standing around and talking, we sat there for almost ten minutes with them looking at us and our drinks and sandwich sitting by the window. When they finally opened the window I mentioned sitting there for almost 10 minutes and the manager had an attitude and said “you’ve only been sitting for 6.45. Not 10.” When she handed the drinks out they were starting to melt and the sandwich was cold.

I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich, they rang it in and charged me for it and then gave me a breakfast turkey sandwich instead (which is like half the price of what they charged me for). I decided to be late for work and go back to get it replaced for the right sandwich. Turns out they were out of the turkey pesto. It seems like they rang in my order and then realized they didn't have the sandwish and just gave me something else thinking I wouldn't notice or have time to go back and fix it. Go literally anywhere else if you want good service and to be treated decently.
