I Have order from the app three times from this location. First time I was shorted my beverage and chips the last two times I have order.... doing the buy one get one free foot long BOTH Times I have been given 1 ft long and the second a 6 inch when the recipt clearly says 12 inch... Then I called to ask for a refund because the order was made wrong and was told 4 times I have to bring them back my self and explained to the person I am at work I can't bring them back I am here tell after your shop closes...ok I will have my Manger call you then.... guess what no call back...

Guy hates it when you come in at 8:30 when it closes at 10. And even if it is open he gets pissed when u come in after 8:30 that’s when he puts everything away. And you cancel my order on DoorDash at 8:45 pm. Lazy. Good sandwiches but definitely bad customer service. This is an ongoing issue. Stop closing early or change your hours period. I was literally so sick today and wanted to order a sandwich from subway on DoorDash. They cancel my order at 8:45 and I didn’t get the coupon from DoorDash that they offered and it disappeared all because they canceled the order. I’m pretty sure it disappeared because they thought it was used before they refunded my order. Wish DoorDash would completely do a different location when I order I hate this subway location. I Had to do jimmy johns! Thank you jimmy johns for always coming thru!

Super cool location and top notch staff and fresh subs! Naborhood is kind tough but never an issue. Also right off hey 10 on way to cabin so a must stop 4 out of t times on way up north. Keep up the great work team and know I will always be a lifetime loyal customer as long as staff and food stay top notch!!!!

We stopped here going through town. The lady serving us seemed crabby and was very quiet. I ordered a steak egg and cheese flat bread where the egg and steak is calls in the middle and a BLT where she didn’t even TRY to fold properly into the sandwich… therefore it was messy as hell….

Went in today. They advertise they are open at 9am. Got there at 9:30am and Subway was closed. Also shows online they open at 9. Nothing on the door saying otherwise.

This branch of the multibillion dollar corporation with more locations than McDonalds decided that they no longer honor the coupons that they mailed out to me. Or any coupons for that matter, due to “rising food costs”. Get real. You can afford a coupon.
