*Update. Never received a call so sent a message through their contact us option online. I received an email requesting more information but the email address can't receive incoming messages. This company is a joke.
Only 1 guy working with a ton of online orders to fill. Order was marked as ready when it clearly hadn't been started yet. 30 mins later I decided to leave and call in the morning for a refund.

Employee came off very rude to both the customers in front of me as well as myself. Don't work in customer service if you can't handle the customer or the service part. He was so focused on being frustrated he messed up more then once while I was observing then ruined my pretzels with sugar instead of salt. After spending my entire 30 min lunch break in line I was unable nor did I want to return for him to fix it... Be better or find a different job

I ordered online, and the app shows the order was ready for pickup, but when I got there, I had to wait 25 minutes. That's ridiculous.

My daughter and I are standing in line now. As a woman emerges and shouts out "just so you know, I'm gonna have to make (counts subs on counter) 1,2,3 (holds up receipt) 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Subs before we can help you." 😳 This is digital life for ya! In person is rock bottom. For anyone who thinks this is a stupid post. My daughter agrees

I recently placed an online order for some subs and went to pick them up, only to be hit with a bit of a surprise. When I arrived, I found out that they were out of bread and I’d have to wait an entire hour for a fresh batch! Unfortunately, I had somewhere to be, so I opted to cancel my order. However, the cashier told me she couldn’t process the cancellation and that I needed to handle it online myself. To make matters worse, there was no cancelation option available!
Following her advice, I called my bank to request a transaction cancellation, but despite my efforts, I still got charged. It was incredibly frustrating to go through all this hassle for nothing. All I wanted was my subs! Subway, you really need to up your game!

Visited this subway on 12/20/24. Made an online order at 925 pm, got there at 945 pm to pick it up. Barely even got through the second door when the employee working sighed, rolled his eyes, and threw his head back. Rude majority of my time there. Never experienced such a rude interaction at a food place before. I was polite the whole time. Would not recommend. No holly jolly up in that subway

I place an online order and the worker only helped walkins my online order was supposed to be done at 9:40 pm but the worker helped everyone in the lobby first and even some people after close who walked in before starting the online order I get that there was one worker try but he needed help they need to staff better and prioritize orders better and turn away customers that walk in 5mins before close. Online orders matter to and its frustrating order was finaly done at 10:30 pm. They closed at 10pm. thank you to the worker trying to help people with his understaffed situation.

For the second time yesterday, I got to this Subway after the store should have been open. It says the store opens at 10 o’clock. The first time I went and this happened, I waited for about 15 minutes, and was able to see there were two women inside, talking away, but not opening the store. Yesterday (11-14) I went at 10:50 AM, 50 minutes after it says it opened up, and once again the door was locked, but the lights were on inside. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not return to that store. I talked with a clerk at the dollar tree store after I left there, and she said she had gone in there a few days prior around 1 o’clock. There was a sign that says they wouldn’t be back until 2 o’clock. Either be open when you say you’re going to be, and take car of your customers or close it down. Going forward, I will give my service to Jimmy John’s, Jersey, Mike’s, or firehouse subs. Enough of this.

Came in today at 11:22 and that little short blonde hair girl was very rude. Didn’t want to work. What’s the point of coming to work if you don’t like your job just get a different job left without ordering anything it opens at 11 AM. It was already 1130 and she was hiding in the back.

The gentleman working offered great service. The food was what you would expect for of Subway. Which has gotten better since upgrading their menu. The employee let us use the app discount and helped us navigate the web page. Would recommend anytime. Restaurant bathroom was clean and everything appeared to be in good order.

I went to both locations ,they were closed before closing time..I wasted my time , gas and ruined my diet regiment for the day..very disappointed.. North way Dr closed at 9:28pm.. Division closed at 9:40.. totally not exceptable.. both locations were empty at the time
