Went here at 11:30 am about a week ago and was still closed. There was a guy sitting outside of store and he told me the person that opens did not show up. Wow unreal. Better off just closing this store all together.update today 11/12/25. Very unprofessional. Went in today what a show. This place is better shut down then opened

I visited your Subway location and was there for approximately 20 minutes without seeing a single employee present. When I arrived, there was one customer eating in the dining area, and when I asked if she knew where the employees were, she said she had no idea.

I called the store multiple times while I was there, but no one answered the phone. I also called out several times asking if anyone was there, but received no response. After waiting about 20 minutes with no staff appearing, I decided to leave and go to a different restaurant. I ended up wasting most of my lunch break here for nothing.

About 20 minutes later, my wife called the store again, and this time someone finally answered. The employee stated that the reason no one was in the front of the store was because she was “taking a dump.”

This experience was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business. I wanted to bring it to your attention for review and appropriate action.

I ordered a footlong steak Philly but I was handed a wrong order. I did take out so I didn’t realized until I reached home. I tried contacting them but had no response at all. I even tried contacting the customer service for subway and they told me I’ll get my refund via mail but when I received mail, there was nothing as it only stated ticket closed. I’ll attach the picture for the mail. If the owner for this subway could reach out to me that would be great cause I spent my hard earned money but I got handed off the wrong food which was with tuna, ps: I hate tuna so I had to throw the whole sandwich.

I did DoorDash and the guys forgot my drinks! So I called subway and they told me I can come it and gave me 2 large drinks. The food is good.

This is by far my favorite store. The staff is very welcoming , considerate and knowledgeable. Everyone works as a team which makes it my favorite. The manager Shelly is so accommodating to customers and staff. Always helping out where needed and I’ve seen her patience in stressful times. I highly recommend going there. Keep up the good work!!!

I really enjoy coming to Subway. I like being able to customize my sandwich exactly how I want it. The staff here are friendly and make everything pretty quickly, even when it’s busy. Prices are fair for the portion size, and I appreciate that they keep the place clean and organized. It’s a reliable spot for a quick, healthier option compared to most fast food.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The employee was visibly frustrated and complained about how busy it had been earlier when a lot of people came at once, acknowledging that having a lot of customers can be frustrating, but that he shouldn't take it out on people, especially when my friends and I weren't even there during the rush. He gave my friends and me attitude, and his overall demeanor was rude and unprofessional. His negativity created a bad atmosphere, and his aggressive behavior, like audibly slamming things (though not loudly), was uncalled for and honestly made me scared to even place my order. The bad service and unpleasant environment made this a place I definitely won't be returning to. I hope management sees this and addresses the issue.

I rarely post negative reviews but this was the worst Subway I have ever been too! They toasted the sub ahead of mine & then left it sitting for almost 4 minutes while the guy was making mine (so definitely cold at that point). Not to mention itching his nose before cutting the bread for that sandwich. He was breathing on the turkey while he folded it (held it way too close to his face). He then put a fresh pouch of guacamole into a dirty container (the guacamole was dark brown that was left in the bottom). It was lunch time so possibly a container from the the day before. We told them to cancel our order & walked out before they finished them. They need to work on food safety & training. Based on other reviews (that I didn't see before we chose this location) I am not sure how this location is still open.

Heard the employees saying the manager left earlier and left a single person there alone for 6 hours, the lady who was left alone for 6 hours in the middle of taking payment from someone while I was there. I asked for a cold cut and the person asked me what meat that is, I had to google it to tell them how to make the shit. clearly understaffed, undertrained, and poorly managed.
