Ordered online - totally messed up the order. Had to go back 3 times to get a refund.Rude staff (Karen) and supervisor (also Karen) - totally appropriate names - entitled white *****Refused to remake the sandwiches and the Karen Staff even STOLE the receipt - refused to give it back.Pictures of said WORST EMPLOYEE EVER AND SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY below:

They only have one person working there. Poor employee has to temporarily close all the time for breaks or to take trash back and get all their duties done. Also stuck handling online orders alone, and can't serve walk up customers. Just to go to Jimmy John's nearby, they have a drive thru and an actual team.

Worst customer service I have experienced. I was the last person standing in line and the worker said “mam I am stepping away after I make his sub” (talking about the gentleman in front me). She refused to serve me. Absolutely unacceptable!

TWICE I was given molded/spoiled food! When I took the food back they argued with me and refused to refund my money or make other sandwiches with fresh ingredients, the employees were rude and treat customers like dog p******

Don't even bother going here. There is never anyone out to help make your sandwich. The "on break" sign is eternally on display, and no one around.

Ordered delivery from subway.comThe driver texted and said there was one worker who said they were new and taking longer. Looking past this, I was bummed to find 2 of the 4 sandwiches were made wrong, unfortunately added ingredients my children are allergic to. They also forgot to send 2 sodas and 2 bags of chips.When contacted, subway.com said I needed to reach out to the store itself. Manager reported my order was doordash and couldn't refund me. Despite my clarification this was a subway.com order, the manager ghosted me and never responded again.Guess I'm out my cash, and will NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Shut it down and let the reliable stores do delivery now.

Honestly a very aggravating experience. The guy I worked with seemed like he was only interested in annoying me. For example when I asked for black forest ham he said they didn't even though there was a tub full of it, which he called bologna. So rather than play that game I asked for roast beef instead and he starts piling on the ham. Then he starts mocking me for 'believing him' and not correcting him. I still paid for the sub because I don't like wasting food, which he didn't seem to care about when he pulled out a cookie, took a bite and threw the rest away.

Can’t even eat my sandwich. The person working was doing his best under the conditions, but this restaurant needs to be closed. It was infested with flies, the glass was broken on the veggies, and I found a piece of different meat on my sandwich. This is going in the garbage.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. When I went today after getting my groceries I walked up and the employe said “oh my god” under his breath. Everything is out of stock, they never have sauces filled, meat is always empty, pretzels are out, iced machine is shut off, Teas are empty. Employees do not care to satisfy the customers, it’s extremely sad and awkward. It’s okay to the your job but not okay to take it out on your customers.
