Ordered a meal online and missed the spot to pick your time slot. I tried calling the store 6-8 times over the next 45 minutes to try to correct my mistake. No answer, no voicemail. Just a really cold toasted sandwhich. Then to top things off, they didn't give me Diet Pepsi.

Twice now I have went in there 15 minutes before close and they already have the whole place cleaned up and food has been long gone put away. I get maybe starting to clean at this time but they were done serving food a half hour before close.

Although busy and under pressure the woman behind the counter who had tattoos was not only professional but had a great attitude and clearly did not let the pressure of people in line affect her. She interjected friendly commentary with each customer while at the same time helping a new employee keep up. Hats off to her!

This was mostly a good experience. The new cheesy garlic steak sub is great. Only issue I had what's the coupons for free Subs I got from the Clearwater Minnesota Subway because they're really screwed up my order could only be used at the Clearwater Subway. I had only stayed in a hotel there two or three days. And I very infrequently get back there. They were an hour late and gave me someone else's order. In short the Clearwater Subway got by 25 dollars and I got nothing

I ordered online. I arrived 5 minutes later than the assigned time and still waited another 20 minutes. They were busy, so I was ok with that until I got home and the cheesey garlic roast beef had no cheese on it. The cheese sauce was on the other sandwich, along with the cheese it was supposed to have.

Been eating here ever since I got my job down the street (3 years). These folks have been incredible, I've seen the staff change a lot over the years I've been eating here but this location has been consistently good through it all. The current staff they have are amazing and get orders done properly and efficiently. Due to work I usually have to order online but I have had 0 issues with that, save for the app itself having some bugs but over all not bad. The in house service is great and while I wish the store itself was a but larger and less cramped its more than serviceable. I can speak for wraps since I don't order those, but ever sandwich I've had here has been exactly what I wanted when I wanted it with out issue. Highly recommend this subway!

#364D188F-F4 This is the worst wrap steak I've ever had. I ordered through the mobile app and regretted tipping in the app. The steak was cold, like they didn't even try to heat it up. It was poorly packaged and fell apart in my hands. It was prepared by a young guy, and even though I was waiting for my order in the restaurant, he didn't even bother to ask if I wanted it heated. I do not recommend ordering from here.

6/12/24: This place is very inconsistent with how they make sub sandwiches. I placed an order on the app. I ordered three footlong subs; 2 supreme meats and a deluxe Outlaw. I usually make it to the store before they start building my order for peace of mind. When I arrived, one of the supreme meats was just wrapped up and they were about to make my deluxe Outlaw sandwich as a regular. They were also going to toast the outlaw sandwich, even though I put in specific instructions asking for the steak and cheese only to be heated. I had to state twice that it was a deluxe and I'm certain they didn't use the correct amount of cheese slices. Lastly, they made my other supreme meats. Since there's the metal covering over the meats now, I couldn't see how much of which meats they were putting on the sandwich. Lo and behold, when I got home to consume my sandwich I discovered that they indeed messed up both supreme meats subs. They did not use the correct amount of meat slices or cheese slices.
They used 4 or 5 slices of each meat and only 6 slices of cheese. Very disappointing visit.
Correct amounts are as follows according to an honest subway sandwich artist;
6 inch sub: 3 slices of each type of meat and 2 slices of cheese.
Footlong: 6 slices of each type of meat and 4 slices of cheese.
Deluxe Footlong: 9 slices of each type of meat and 8 (2x) slices of cheese.

I messed up the location of my subway mobile order-i live in clearwater and just saw clearwater(road apparently!). Waited for it to be ready before going to pick it up just to find out i had the wrong location..I called to ask for a refund because i wasnt driving that far for sandwiches?and the first guy was very polite. Explained that he had no control of it when it comes to mobile orders and directed me to use the app...there's no option on the app. I had my husband call back because I already felt dumb enough. The woman on the phone wouldn't help and when he asked for a corporate number to get this fixed she just said nope and hung up on him. I even left a tip and now I'm out 25 dollars with no food to show for it.Come to find after checking the terms subway will not refund mobile orders at all once their received (which only took seconds on my phone). Definitely my mistake but could have been handled better.
