Ordered From here got wrong food and wrong drink! I ordered Nacho Cheese fries and Nacho cheese with the Burrito dipping box!Im convinced ppl can't read at this location. It can't be that hard. Especially can't be too hard to make a pepsi but it is. Why would you put nacho fries in my Soft Taco?!?

I love Taco Bell I would eat it every day if I wouldn’t be obese because of how much I eat when I do get it. ❤️Don’t eat in moderation, pig out, it’s okay❤️ My Go-To order is the (online exclusive) $6 cravings box with either a Cheesy Gordita Crunch or a Crunchwrap Supreme, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, a Soft Taco or a Beef Burrito, and a Baja Blast of course. I add some breakfast salsas because that’s my favorite and I chow down!! Sometimes I get Nacho Fries too and I NEED the chipotle sauce because it is to DIE for.
💜I RECOMMEND THE APP!! Around every 30 bucks or something I spend (probably a little less) I get a free Cheesy Gordita Crunch!! I’m a fire tier and it’s not hard to get there because it doesn’t reset unless you’re inactive for 2 years!
You'd get faster service going to the copper lantern next door during rush hour on a Sunday.

This taco bell is consistently SLOW preparing orders. Even if I order ahead, it takes 20+ minutes to get an order for even just one person.

I placed an online order on 1/24 and went to this location to pick it up. After waiting in the drive-thru for an hour, we called the store and asked for an update on the slow drive-thru. The employee told us that it was because they only had one person working. We have been in the drive-thru for an hour and a half at this point. Thankfully everyone else behind us in line had left, so we also decided to leave the drive-thru. I thought maybe going inside the lobby was the best option, however once I got in there I realized the lobby was FULL of other upset customers who also had been waiting who knows how long for their food. **Mind you, there were plenty of employees in the kitchen, unlike what we were told on the phone.** They did not seem to be in any rush to help out their customers. No employees came up to the counter, so we left Taco Bell without our order. I called once again, and asked how I would go about receiving a refund for my online order, and I could hardly hear the employee over the loud music blaring in the background but was told I have to contact support through the app. I submitted my "Need Help?" request through the app minutes after leaving and I still have not heard back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Went to the drive through and sat there for almost an hour even as the income of customers became smaller they took their time we sat at the spot were they take your order for about 6mins with no one to tell us anything the lady who finally took our order was rude there was almost no one inside the building only good thing was the food and that wasn’t great was Luke warm
Update: was on a DoorDash and it was still horrible I have contacted higher ups hopefully something is done
