Tge food was okay, the people were nice, and everything looked good, but this is the 2nd tine ive gotten food poisoning from this store specifically. Ive never been sick from taco bell in my life, and the other stores in the area have never made me sick. I dont know if its the practices with the food, the employees not washing their hands, not a clue. But 2 times in less than 2 months. Place should probably be inspected.

All three employees were amazing! From the one who took my order, to the one who smiled, made my food, and wished me a nice day, to the one who was on break but still held the door open for me. Every single person showed genuine kindness and great customer service. It really made my visit stand out.

Manager was rude when my chicken was undercooked. forgot to do my order when i payed for it. kiosk was slow and delayed. payed at counter and they just stared at me and walked away. food was messy and workers were rude and lazy. got food poisoning.

Food quality is so low here compared to literally EVERY OTHER TACOBELL. I go to the albertville taco bell during work a couple times a month and thw food is on par there, it just makes me realize how bad the saint cloud taco bell is compared to others across the state. STEP YOUR GAME UP

Couldn’t even review food. As soon as I pulled into the drive through I was asked what I’d like to order, I asked for just a minute. Not even 30 seconds later, I’m asked again and I said “I said just a minute please” when the guy went to respond he was cut off by a disgustingly rude lady who said I need to hurry because they’re really busy in a rush. There was no car ahead of me or behind me, and the lobby was nearly empty. In total i was at the window not even a minute. I pulled off and ate somewhere else.

I will never go back here again. St Cloud, MN. Taco Bell right by Costco! Order got missed. Manager was a snot!! Yes! SNOT. waited half hour. Order got missed. OH! Because I was paying cash!! And I ordered at the KIOSK. NO THANK YOU TACO BELL!!!! thise kind of excuses is just PURE RUDENESS. And I have ALWAY LOVED Taco Bell from day 1 when it started. GOOD LUCK.

This is a restaurant where the staff were very rude and rude to customers. When they changed the way to pick up the food, which I didn't know, they scolded and yelled at me, and asked me to apologize and threatened me that if I didn't apologize, they would not give me food and cancel the order. Such a restaurant ranked as the worst in the United States on TIKTOK is very suitable for its staff. Of course, this hygiene ranking is what I saw on TIKTOK.

Drive thru, apparently new rules per management, only 1 hot sauce per food item. But if you go inside you can grab the biggest handful you can hold

Placed my order at the kiosk and paid for it but they somehow misplaced it. The restaurant was not busy at the time that I was there. Mgr apologized and they made my order that did remain hot till I finished. No one came out to wipe down a table while I was there after having people dinning inside which made it feel a little dirty for a place that just remodeled.
