The drive-through trainer kept talking over his trainee, causing confusion, and the guy at the window tried to give me a partially full baja blast, which I had to give back for him to refill it. THE BAJA TASTED LIKE SOAP! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Get your people trained and TEST your soda. I will be trash-talking about this place for years to come. You can't run a place like this and expect good reviews.

Taco bell has really gone downhill while prices explode upwards. I only eat there now because of the new $7 luxe box which IS A GREAT value. Just bring back the BAJA SAUCE (Pepperjack sauce) and the BAJA CHALUPA, and I'll come back religiously. Service sucks at almost all taco bells, as I'm sure everyone knows. Drive thru seems to be the only thing important to this company. Now you go in and just pay in cash to even talk to a real person (or get thier attention). Atmosphere in most is always clean though, with all the packets and napkins, etc needed. Some minor changes is all this company needs to get back on track imho....

I was there on 02/05/25, and this happened, I order quesadilla, and coffee I didn’t get what I ordered at the store one of the employee was disrespectful to me I just asked for my drink and give me attitude, and I just throw the drink and left the store. Please have your employees to be patient if the store is busy, I didn’t make it busy. Thanks.

Awful rude staff. Left me standing at the counter for 15 mins with no help. When I finally did get talked to they told me I had to order the food myself. I'm vision impaired I said that and they told me nothing they could do. I got turned away with no food.

So I made a mistake both literally and in choice for staying. I had a mobile order and came 5mins after assuming that’d give the employees some time to work on my order. I sat in the drive thru for almost half a hour with 8 other vehicles. I get to the window and was passed a bag with two large fries and a box. The guy in the front said that was all I ordered and checked in with the other employees and gave me a thumbs up. I should’ve known my order was wrong the moment I got three drinks I didn’t even order. I went to the Taco Bell in Waite park and got my order right and early no thanks to this store.

The service was trash, they can’t read and the inside was clean they messed my order up twice and I finally just took it and threw it away and left. Won’t be back for sure horrible service they sat in the back talking the hole time it was one taco that’s it how hard is it to get right I even tried telling the guy I talked to the first time I went up to the counter what was wrong with it and he then just makes the same thing horrible they’re not working just socializing with each other
