Up in smoke came to cater twice at my work in 2025, their price was very competitive to some lesser quality places in the area and we did not regret going with UIS. They catered to nearly 1000 people, the staff was outstanding, the flow of the lines went great and the food was RIDICULOUSLY outstanding!!! I still hear people raving about it 9 months later! I won't even look anywhere else if I am in a position to need a catering service, you simply won't be disappointed. Try out their stuff in town if you don't believe this review. Thanks to the staff, we hope to get you guys back to my employer someday soon!

Saw the positive reviews and was excited to try this place. Ordered the 2 meat combo. Brisket, Pulled Pork and sides were the Mac N Cheese and Hashbrown casserole. I so wanted to like this.... but it was beyond dry. Both meats were just gross. The sides... huge no. I literally got a to go box just because I felt bad leaving all that food on the tray. I ended up throwing it away. My son got a cheese burger. He took 3 bites and said he didn't like it.
I hope we just had an off night but for how expensive BBQ is, I wont gamble on returning.
