Val’s has turned to 💩. 55min to get an online order that was supposed to take 20min - no remorse, no solution. When I got home NONE of our crappy burgers had any cheese, the fish sandwich with extra cheese had no cheese, $10 worth of cheese. Again, no remorse or solution, they just hung up on me. Never again, y’all SUCK! Aaron was even yelling in the background they won’t help and to stop calling. No professionalism or care - total nonsense.

If you've never been here, it's something you need to try at least once! Very good classic burger with the works can't be beat at this price. Best frys hands down! Plenty of shake flavors, but more like a shake machine, not a blender. Is it a gourmet restaurant? No. It is a unique burger joint, (think hole-in-the-wall) that has been around for generations that is a classic walk up window at amazing prices.

My first time in Saint Cloud as an adult. I have to say this spot is going to be my go to spot. The double burger with onions 🫡 to the chef and the staff. The cotton candy shake was amazing as well. I'll wear the shirt next time I come in.

The area where you wait for your food is very small meaning that when it gets busy it can get very crowded. In addition at the busiest the wait for your food can take up to an hour, however the staff are very accommodating and polite.

Vals is always a fantastic go-to when on a cities trip or otherwise passing through the St. Cloud area. The burgers are slider-sized and are an easy 10/10. The fries are simply incredible, especially when paired with the burgers (10/10).
I recommend getting the triple patty burgers for the best meat-to-bun ratio. Two is enough for a grown man. Also, one order of fries is plenty for two people.
If you're driving, have a passenger order ahead of time online, it is a lot easier, especially when the place gets busy.

The burgers are delicious, the prices are amazing and the portions are crazy , a small fry can feed a family of 4 (exaggerating) and the quality of everything is amazing nice and fresh and flavorful and everything is fast so you don't have to wait for a long time to get your lunch or dinner , the shakes are sooooo good and have many combinations of flavors and candies to mix in , I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger and will definitely be going back to this restaurant again . Thank you vals for providing a wonderful place to eat at a great price . Customer service is always on point too .
